The holiday home "L 'Altalena Gialla" is a cozy and bright 90 sqm apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a historic house from 1924 in the recently restored center of Marghera. It is located in a very convenient area to all services and transportation from Marghera to Venice. It has a large garden with free parking space included and a pergola that in the summer months is shaded by a century-old vineyard; there is an original "Yellow Swing" that distinguishes the garden.

"Marghera for you, 15 minutes from Venice's historic center," is a small apartment at guests' complete disposal. It has all the basic appliances such as a washing machine and an electric oven. It is located in a very quiet residential/working-class area that is convenient for transportation. Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., is done in person.
