Accogliente appartamento di 50 mq con vista sul Parco Catene. Dispone di un garage privato coperto e di un parcheggio pubblico gratuito. La posizione è ideale per esplorare Venezia, facilmente raggiungibile in 15 minuti di bus, con fermata a 100 metri dall’appartamento. Nelle vicinanze troverete: supermercato, pasticceria, pizzeria, farmacia e biglietteria per i bus. Su richiesta, possiamo venirvi a prendere dagli aeroporti di Venezia e accompagnarvi all’appartamento con un costo aggiuntivo.

Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Ingresso indipendente, pano terra. Con piccolo giardino. Zona giorno, camera, bagno. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino del quale abbiamo eliminato ogni cigolio e un divano, più un lettino di 130 cm su richiesta. Parliamo inglese e portoghese.

The apartment has its own unique style, colorful and cozy, like Venice itself :-). The place is ideal for a couple or two friends. It can also fit for a family with a child. If you come alone, ask for a special price! It is located in the most beautiful area of Venice - Mestre, Carpenedo. It takes 26 minutes by a direct tram to get to the downtown Venice from here. There is a typical Venetian mask of the sun embracing the moon in the bedroom, that´s why we called the place Sun&Moon. :)

Pulizia, posizione e accoglienza sono le mie priorità. A soli 2 minuti da tram e bus, 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e 10 minuti in autobus per Venezia. Qui ferma anche la navetta diretta per l’aeroporto, una rarità in città. Sotto casa troverai negozi e servizi aperti fino a tardo sera per ogni comodità.
