Round table with 4 chairs (6 on request) high chairs/chairs available, double SOFA BED, 32-inch Full HD LED, satellite decoder on request. Container cabinet with iron and ironing board, laundry rack. Large and cozy DOUBLE BEDROOM with double BED, bedside table, coffee table, spacious wardrobe with mirror, desk, pouf, a crib can be added. DOUBLE ROOM with 2 single BEDS, desk and pouf, large wardrobe with mirror. Safety rails can be added for young children. Elegant wood-effect stoneware BATHROOM with sink, toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, independent underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi. Sleeps up to 6 bedrooms: 2 bathrooms: 1 Beds: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 double sofa bed. Check-in: 3:00 p.m. check-out: 11:00 a.m. Guests will have the entire apartment. Guests will be greeted for check-in by myself or a member of my staff, the keys will be delivered and all information about the apartment and the area will be provided. During your stay, you can contact me by phone for any need. The apartment is in a residential, green and quiet neighborhood, Marghera City Garden. A stone's throw away are shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and a typical market. In a few minutes you can reach the historic center. The location is strategic to visit both the Historic Center of Venice and the nearby cities of art of Veneto. A few minutes from the station and the highway, in 20 minutes you can reach the airport. Venice can be reached easily and quickly - by bus, the stop is just 5 minutes from the house (trips to Venice every 10 minutes), in 15 minutes by bus, you can reach Piazzale Roma. - by train (15 minutes), Venice-Mestre train station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment Venice Mestre train station is a few minutes' walk from Casa900. From here trains leave for the Venice Historic Center and for all the art cities of the Veneto region: Padua, Verona, Vicenza, Treviso, and Belluno. From the Mestre station, there are buses to the nearby beaches of Jesolo, Bibione, Caorle, and Eraclea as well as to the Dolomites and Cortina d'Ampezzo. You can also visit the Brenta Riviera with its famous Venetian villas by car or bus. The guest will need to notify the estimated check-in time at least 24 hours in advance. Agreeing on your check-in time is a must. The apartment will be made available to the guest from 3 pm. ACCOMMODATION TAX: €4 per day per person per night to be paid upon arrival UPON ARRIVAL, THE IDENTITY DOCUMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE REGISTRATION OF GUESTS, AND THE SIGNING OF A RENTAL CONTRACT, AS REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW The Manager will present the apartment and inform guests about the house rules. They will verify with the guests the complete presence and integrity of the equipment provided. The guest must clean the kitchenette and crockery if used. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. With the return of the keys, the Guest and the Manager will verify the presence and integrity of the apartment facilities. Small pets allowed on request (€20 for extra cleaning costs excluded) High chairs, cots, kids' beds and safety rails are available on request.

Choose a book from a shelf and sink into a red armchair under a peaked ceiling. Striking timber beams and gleaming hardwood floors add warmth and character to this remodeled attic space. An inviting spiral staircase leads to a small landing with a view. The flat offers an elegant entrance hall with large double window overlooking the nearby canal. At upper floor: living room with top quality fully equipped kitchenette, 1 master bedroom with impressive view of Madonna dell’ Orto church front, a second double/twin bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom WC/bidet/ bath/shower, a second WC with hand basin. A decorative spiral staircase leads from the living room to a small roof balcony overlooking the picturesque canal in front of the house. The apartment is provided with good WIFI CONNECTION, AIR CONDITIONING and MOSQUITO SCREENS in any room CASA ZORZI is recommended both for romantic escapes and for family holidays. I use to welcome personally my guests, spending some time on arrival to recommend my favourite places in town....... The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

Prestigious apartment with balcony overlooking the canal a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area. One week before arrival, the document of only one guest, the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the entire group, for the entire stay) and the tourist tax will be requested. Your data is shared only with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. I have a place where you can leave your luggage.
