The lower floor features an entrance with a private terrace equipped with sunbeds, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, an open plan kitchen, a twin bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with shower (courtesy set and hairdryer). The first floor features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Equipped with A/C, heating, dishwasher, mosquito nets, Lcd sat TV, and one uncovered parking space (no reservation required). The curtains that elegantly close the outdoor terrace ensure privacy and confidentiality. Each bungalow has a small green area, perfect for children and their outdoor games, but also convenient for older people who want to relax in the shade of the pine forest. Conveniently located on the avenue leading to the beach, the bungalows are just a short walk to the beach.

Recently renovated Bungalow 10 features a living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed for one person, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a loft with another small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. It also has a large private garden surrounding the bungalow.

In Punta Sabbioni, Cavallino Treporti, a 15-minute walk from the beach and convenient for Venice (40 minutes by public boat). Simple bungalow (dated but functional furnishings, ideal as an unpretentious base) consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a small equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a large terrace for outdoor dining. The kitchen is equipped with pots and dishes. There is NO WIFI, sheets, towels or TV in the bungalow.

My accommodation,well located,is a good solution for a sojour at Cavallino Treporti. It is easy to reach Venice and St. Mark' square. There is a pubblic boat every 30 min. leaving from Punta Sabbioni to Venice. My house has all comforts and the bedrooms have been recently renovated. It is situated next to the beach and to the bus stop to reachVenice or Jesolo. It is the ideal accommodation for couples, family with children or business travellers.
