Without extra costs, upon simple request, I prepare the double sofa bed in the separate living room. 5 minutes from Piazzale Roma or the station. Third floor with elevator, with exposed beams. The systems and furnishings are new, comfortable and modern. The room is bright and ventilated. The windows overlook a romantic square.

This luxury apartment is 10 min from the car terminal, 5 min from the railway station and from water bus stop. It has recently been completely restored and is elegant and full of light. Bars and restaurants downstairs with some music ending at 11 PM. TV and a powerful WiFi availeble (500 Mbps download, 200 Mbps upload). Rialto and San Marco's Square within a 10 and 25 minutes walk. The central location allows you to visit attractions such as Piazza San Marco, the Rialto Bridge on foot and is located 5 minutes from the Biennale. For the safety and comfort of our guests, in this apartment, the surfaces are sanitized with alcohol-based products and bleach. All the linen in the house is washed at 60 degrees with sanitizer and disinfectant for laundry.
