Every corner of the apartment has been designed to feel at home with bright spaces and modern furnishings. One of the most fascinating features of this house is the covered outdoor patio with a small green space where you can enjoy moments of tranquility and lunches and dinners overlooking the pool. An oasis of peace within walking distance of the main street and the beach.

Near the highway A4 and the bus stop going to Venice and Padua in less than 30 min. In the center, bright, simple and elegant. Overlooking the river with beautiful views. It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

A completare l'esperienza outdoor godetevi il salotto esterno e il tavolo da pranzo. Su richiesta potrete usare il bbq. Parcheggio scoperto interno alla proprietà compreso per un veicolo .

Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!
