We (Marcel, 46, Melanie, 45, Levi, 10 & Ayumi 🐶<1) rent our granny flat (without kitchen!) in the basement of our house in Mettmann / Metzkausen with separate entrance via the hallway. The spacious bedroom is located on the terrace to the garden very quiet and idyllic. It is especially suitable for trade fair guests (Düsseldorf 20km, Essen 30km and Cologne approx. 40 km) or someone who is visiting family nearby, for example. If you have any questions, we are always available and look forward to hosting you!

This basement apartment is all about relaxation. Whether cozily on the terrace, relaxing in the hot tub or simply in the room with a king-size bed and underfloor heating. At lunchtime you can prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen and in the evening you can go out to eat in the delicious pizzeria opposite. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
