The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2 with a very protected south facing facade. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates from the outside. Close to the Castle of Canon 7 kms, the sea (beach of Cabourg, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min, Caen is quickly accessible as well as Falaise 30 min too. The calm is appreciable !
