Our self-contained, recently refurbished, and well equipped apartment overlooks the fields and wildlife that surround us. Walk one way and you are in historic Arundel with its castle and cathedral (takes about 40 minutes). Walk the other way and you have immediate access to the many South Downs footpaths. Jump in the car and you're 15 minutes from the seaside, and 20 minutes from Goodwood or Chichester.

Pevensey Bay Holiday Home

Our simply stunning holiday home is available for over night stays, weekend breaks or longer stays to explore the local area and visit friends & family. Located centrally in Pevensey Bay means it is walking distance to local amenities and only a short drive / bus ride away from the town. The site has a shop, Indoor pool, newly refurbed in April 2024, clubhouse which has regular entertainment, children's playground and the added bonus of being right on the beach, Ideal for Eastbourne Airshow.

Redwood is a charming loft conversion with views overlooking a garden, swimming pool, and farmland fields in the perfect location for both the South Downs and the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with several nearby pubs. Situated within the quaint village of Loxwood, you can enjoy the enchanting Surrey/Sussex countryside and rich wildlife. Enjoy a drink as the sun sets over our swimming pool or a picnic looking over the stunning nearby views. Continental Breakfast included.

Spring Farm Sussex

A charming six bedroom country house set in 9 acres of gardens, fields and woodland in the beautiful county of Sussex. The property has a tennis court, indoor heated swimming pool and snooker room. The property has three double bedrooms, a twin bedded room and two further bedrooms which can be configured as twin or double as required. There is a large lawn area as well as three large fields and woodland, in which you are free to amble around and appreciate the beautiful countryside.

Pine tree woodland retreat

This architect designed self contained studio retreat is surrounded by pine trees and positioned in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.

Quietly situated on the side of Blackdown in the South Downs National Park, 2 miles from Haslemere and convenient for visiting Chichester and Goodwood, The Barn is a well-appointed guest suite which offers comfortable accommodation for two. Convenient for exploring the local area, with immediate access to numerous public footpaths including the Sussex Border Path and Blackdown Hill. Ideally situated for animal lovers with an abundance of wildlife plus our own pet alpacas.

The Luxury Cottage – Surrey Countryside Retreat

The Luxury Cottage at Whitmoor Farm accommodates up to 8 guests with two bedrooms, each with a king bed and bunk beds, plus a lounge with Sky TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the estate’s tennis court, trampoline, and shared outdoor swimming pool (heated May–Sept; open until 15 Oct). Set on 38 acres of woodlands between Guildford and Woking, with fast train access to London. Pets allowed — up to 2 small pets, £25 per pet for the stay.

Pool Cottage, peaceful retreat close to London.

Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples. It’s attached a 16th century Farmhouse but has a separate entrance and garden. The pool is a shared space in front of the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time but it is not heated. The area is rural yet close to Tunbridge Wells, London, beautiful Kent / Sussex countryside and the South coast. Lots of walks and great pubs within walking distance. Sauna is available by prior arrangement.

The cottage is situated on a private estate with complete solitude in 15 acres of orchards and fields. Guests are able to use our indoor swimming pool and hot tub at no charge. This is on the left of our family house 2 minutes walk from the cottage You will find the 2 floor cottage to be warm, welcoming and decorated and furnished beautifully with full SKY TV, SKY Movies and Netflix available. Our family home is very close by if you need us

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
