We converted the Old Piggery over 20 years ago, and have recently done a full refurbishment. It now has a cosy snug with a sofa as well as a lounge with far-reaching views. There is an ensuite bathroom and downstairs, a shower and toilet. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with a king-sized, chunky farmhouse bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. The lounge area has a Laura Ashley sofa and snuggle chair positioned to take in a far-reaching views or a 43 inch TV if you prefer!

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. With far reaching views over the hills and valleys of this special corner of the Peak District, Stoneswood Cottage combines a modernised interior (fully refurbished in 2025) with the charming character of a typical 19th century Yorkshire home. Set in the hillside of Greenfield, Saddleworth. The cottage is situated on our family farm where we have a variety of animals: horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. Due to the potential dangers we ask that guests do not access the yard and use the designated path to the cottage.
