Monthly Rentals in Midland Township

Great location near Grove Park, a short walk from downtown Midland. Well-kept space that met the description provided. Kitchen, sleeping area, bathroom, and parking were all as shown on listing, and wonderful for us. John was responsive and accomodating. Very pleased with our stay!

This is a little Midland gem of peace and quiet near downtown, walking paths, restaurants, and Dow Gardens. Clean and clutter free. This a perfect ABB to rest and recharge from hectic day to day of life. I highly recommend Tyler's ABB.

Not too big, not too small. Lindsay's place was everything we needed and nothing we didn't. We felt cozy and at home, perfect for resting between busy days. The beach is quite a walk but the hand drawn maps help to find the way!

If I could stay in this house in every city I visit I would! Beautiful inside and out! Fun decor! Spotless clean! They thought of every detail and left snacks, games, books, fresh cream for coffee, air conditioning on before we arrived so it was so very nice to open the door and cool off when it’s 90 degrees outside! Super flexible on some last minute requests I had! I couldn’t recommend more! Great location too in a beautiful neighborhood! Thank you for making our stay great!
