Immerso nella campagna, adatto per un periodo di relax lontano dal caos, con un'ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente mare, montagna, laghi, piscine termali, discese in gommone sul fiume, escursioni e tanto altro. Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Cottage located in a small town of about 100 inhabitants. Family-friendly, especially with kids. In the house, there is a bedroom (double bed + single bed) with a bathroom inside, on the upper floor. On the lower floor, in addition to the equipped kitchen with fireplace, there is a living room with a double sofa bed. Outside there is a space equipped with a table and barbecue.
