Small room, but very well optimized spaces! very cozy decor! Quiet and convenient place

Luisa and Bruno were very welcoming and kind. Upon arrival they offered us a drink and were always very helpful and flexible with the times according to our needs. Luisa prepared a varied and abundant breakfast for us, making us feel at home. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The house is in a very quiet location but close to the center of Almenno. We highly recommend Luisa and Bruno's place.

One of the best Airbnb I've stayed - Ludovica picked me up at the train station under heavy rain, made me breakfast in her beautiful living room, and showed me all her beautiful painting collection she found in China and the paintings passed on from her father who was a painter. The location is perfect if you're looking for a restful stay near Milan. They've got a beautiful canal to walk along, and the only restaurant in this small village was the best one I've had in Milan - even changing the lunch tasting menu every day.

Thanks to Francesca, a very kind host, and her warm welcome. The beauty of staying in an ancient farm estate with buildings of historical interest is not secondary. The rice fields with a multitude of water birds are a must-see.

We stayed in Dante's room to go to the San Donato polyclinic early in the morning. Exceptional location because in a few minutes on foot (all on a pedestrian path) you can reach the polyclinic very easily. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the breakfast left in the room, but upon our arrival, we found a coffee machine, croissants, packaged juices, jams, and rusks. A nice thought. And above all, a very useful mini fridge for storing water or perishable food. Recommended!

The accommodation exceeded all expectations in terms of size, attention to detail, cleanliness and comfort. Although well detailed in the description, which is well accompanied by a suitable number of photographs, once you enter you are pleasantly impressed, meaning that – if possible – in person it is even more beautiful and elegant than it appears in the photo. In addition, Mr. Valter immediately interacted, proving to be extremely helpful, as well as clear and exhaustive in the information provided. The accommodation is located close to Lake Viverone, in an extremely quiet area and suitable for walking along the shores of the lake itself. Absolutely recommended!

I was at Valentina's structure, for a we with my 15-year-old son, we were looking for a place easily accessible from Milan and that allowed us to relax on board maybe a pool, I asked before booking Valentina if the pool was open and in addition to the one I also pleasantly discovered the sauna included . The place is fabulous just 60 km from Milan in a very well cared for and clean environment, and I could bring my 4 kg dog. Valentina is an exceptional Host!!! Top breakfast. I highly recommend it

I stayed at Paula’s listing for 6 nights with 3 children. The place is lovely and clean and has all amenities needed within a B&B. It was approx 10 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins from a grocery shop. This was a great base to stay for visiting Milan, Monza, Como, Bergamo and others. The breakfast provided was excellent and having Wi-Fi was a plus point with the children. I would definitely recommend this listing for families who need a nice Northern Italian base.

A very welcoming little paradise where you can relax and enjoy a magnificent landscape. The interiors are very nice, there is everything you need and Lara welcomes you with a lot of availability. Very good breakfast and perfect hot tub with a view like this. Everything is really comfortable, relaxing and beautiful.

The apartment is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, in a fantastic location and Matteo was an impeccable host, always available and caring. Highly recommended.

lovely pool and a nice cool room through the A/C. we had a little trouble finding the location but the owner helped us very well. he responded super quickly with clear instructions.

We needed a place to stay for our last night in Italy close to the airport. This spot was ideal, Gabriele was very helpful and responsive on messages after booking, Gabrielle was kind enough to collect us from Ferno Train Station to take us back to the b&b. Gabriele also took us to the local supermarket and to the airport at 6am for our flight very reasonable price. The grounds of the b&b were lovely, very clean all round, bed was comfy and got the best sleep we had all week whilst in Italy. On our last night we just wanted to relax and the TV had Netflix which was ideal. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay again if we return in the future. We had an incredible stay at Anna’s home, ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the Monza track, which was perfect for the F1 Grand Prix weekend. Renting the top floor suite of her lovely home, we enjoyed a spacious room with a modern bathroom featuring a bathtub, and access to a shared shower on the second floor. The suite was well-equipped with air conditioning and a mini fridge stocked with beverages, adding to our comfort. Anna went above and beyond with her warm hospitality, providing a delicious and generous breakfast spread each morning on the terrace, which overlooks a beautiful backyard. We also appreciated the refreshing outdoor pool and shower, perfect for relaxing after a day at the races. The location was unbeatable, allowing us to avoid the heavy traffic and congestion with convenient parking and easy access to the track. Anna was an exceptional hostess super friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
