Entra in un'abitazione confortevole, silenziosa e calda pur essendo nel cuore della città. L'impressione è proprio quella di stare a casa, con tanta luce, un cortile accogliente, Wi-Fi senza limiti, bevande fresche e comfort food compresi. - Se siete due ospiti ma volete utilizzare due letti separati vi chiedo di informarmi in anticipo per potervi procurare un cambio aggiuntivo di biancheria. È previsto un sovrapprezzo per la biancheria aggiuntiva di 20€. L'appartamento confortevole e recentemente ristrutturato, si trova in una tipica casa milanese dei primi del '900 in una zona strategica per chi desidera vivere nel cuore della città: PORTA VENEZIA. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano ed è composto di uno stabile conosciuto come casa di ringhiera (balconi in pietra che si affacciano su un cortile interno). Il living composto da soggiorno con cucina a vista è pratico e attrezzato di tutti gli elettrodomestici: lavastoviglie, microonde, forno, tostapane, macchina del caffè, bollitore e un grande tavolo. La stanza da letto matrimoniale da accesso al bagno. Tutte le stanze hanno la coperture della rete Wifi senza limiti. L'appartamento è molto accogliente e caldo che se siate in viaggio per affari o per piacere sarà come sentirsi a casa propria. Gli ospiti avranno accesso all'intero alloggio e a tutto l'occorrente per una veloce prima colazione (caffè, vari tipi di tè, brioches, biscotti) e molte bevande fresche nel frigorifero ed è potranno anche accedere a giochi di società tipo MONOPOLI e al canale multilingue NETFILX. Massima disponibilità a rispondere ai messaggi degli ospiti. L'alloggio si trova in una zona residenziale vicino ai giardini pubblici di Porta Venezia, al Museo di Scienze Naturali e al Museo di Arte Moderna. Le opportunità di ritrovo, di mangiar bene e di shopping sono eccezionali: sei nel centro di Milano. Ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici: autobus 60 (collegamento diretto con Stazione Centrale e piazza San Babila). Pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata di Porta Venezia (metropolitana rossa linea 1 che taglia tutta la città passando per il Duomo, il castello Sforzesco, lo stadio di San Siro e terminare la corsa a Rho Fiera) e del passante ferroviario (il mezzo pubblico più veloce per raggiungere Rho Fiera tramite i treni S5 e S6). nelle vicinanze potete trovare anche la fermata dei tram n.5 e n.33 collegate con la stazione centrale. In zona ci sono molteplici Stazioni di affitto biciclette (BikeMi) e a soli 2 min dalla casa ci sono tre parcheggi coperti a pagamento (via Maiocchi, piazzale Lavater e via Stoppani).
