You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Sit on the quaint porch and enjoy getting away from home. The Delmade Inn (named after our mothers - Delma and Madelyn) is a tiny house that has all you need for an enjoyable visit. All modern conveniences and furniture with a country french theme. Although it is a tiny house, it is very roomy and has plenty of space for one or two people. Please come and enjoy a relaxing visit.

The Half Lady

Located on 18 acres of meadows and wooded trails, the Half Lady bunkhouse is clean, spacious and charming. Fish, stroll wooded trails, chill out on the porch, star gaze by the fire pit or create a gourmet meal in fully equipped kitchen. Price shown is for 1 or 2 guests. $10 per person after that. Mineola - private house- a few minutes to downtown

A quiet getaway just a few short minutes from downtown Mineola and the Mineola Nature Preserve. It feels like many miles away though. Piney Gate Farm is home to a small herd of Angora goats and a few miniature donkeys and horses. The house is surrounded by woods and pasture. self checkin anytime after 3pm, checkout is 11am.
