Everything was great!

The house was as described and in a wonderful location to see the area. Conveniently located near the ferry terminal, bus stop, and train stop. The lake was perfect for swimming and the views of the lake were stunning. Hiking was also accessable from the BnB doorstep. Markus was very accommodating and helpful. He provided recommendations for us and was attentive to our needs. We would absolutely like to stay here again!

We loved this place, it is so warm and charming, also, very close to lake Jasna or Laghi di Fusine in Italy. I recommend Maša’s apartment!

Arrived and felt right at home! The house is superbly divided and the rooms are functionally furnished. Heidi replaced a mattress that was no longer good within a day. It's great that we were allowed to use everything. We almost inflated the bike. Because there is only one bathroom and toilet on the first floor, you could often hear the stairs creaking loudly at night. For us house dust allergy sufferers, the many carpets, upholstery and pillows are not optimal, next time we will take medication, because we would very much like to come back. Many thanks also for the very friendly welcome and great hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay! Anneliese was very friendly and accommodating. The house provided ample space for our group of 10 people, exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and also well suited for larger people. Only the kitchen equipment was a bit spartan, but this did not affect our stay. We will be happy to come back!

The house is located in a village/campsite just a short walk from Lake Pressegger. Inside, in addition to the pool, there is a children's play area and a restaurant that also prepares great takeaway food. With an app you can order baked goods such as bread, brioches, etc... and find them in the morning in a common room. Access to a nearby spa is also included, and a card with which you can do many free activities, especially with kids/kids. The house was perfect for us (6 people) with a kitchen complete with everything and a nice porch where you can eat outdoors. Lake Pressegger is beautiful and very relaxing with a very well-equipped public beach. You can reach Villach in just over half anhour. We had a nice vacation, but to fully enjoy the place you have to stay much longer than the three days we were able to do!

Even though the place is small, everything is there and well packed. There are a lot of walking paths, ski gondola is only 15 minutes away... I can recommend it.

We had a great stay at this house. It's a very beautiful location next to Lake Jasna, its very traditional house although the bathroom is very modern. Having a sauna was an extra bonus Kranjska Gora were only 20 mins scenic walk away. There is so much to do in this location. Highly recommended.

Patricia was very helpful and kind! There were 5 of us and we had a great time, the house is 70s style but has everything you need, the outside is a large garden with a ping pong table, swing and lounger, there is also a porch where you can eat outside! Everything was clean and tidy, the only thing was the bathroom was a little uncomfortable as the bathtub was very small and therefore uncomfortable, but otherwise everything was perfect! There was also a dishwasher and a washing machine! Really everything you needed to feel at home

The garden tiny house is in a great location, in the middle of the town, and yet it's incredibly quiet. The host gave us great tips for restaurants and nearby getaways. The cottage and its amenities are a little bit older but adequate. It served us very well for our trip to Croatia.

Highlights of the stay were the private lake access, the large garden, which is ideal for families or groups with a dog and the very good location to be a little active on vacation (e.g. hiking on the Nassfeld). For larger groups, it is recommended to book the whole place, as there are 3 residential units in the house, but the garden must be shared. In addition, the very friendly welcome and helpfulness must be highlighted by the property manager. All in all, the place left a positive impression on my friends and I.

it was a very nice, clean and organized house where close to Ossiacher See area, you can walk to the See with a wonderful view. Lots of restaurants, Pizza, gas station and super market close by, during the night you can enjoy the beautiful stars and moon on the balcony.

Our stay was great, everything we possibly needed and more was available at accommodation, very close to the lake and walking distance to Velden where you can find many restaurants. Would highly recommend.

A really great place and walking distance to the lake and shops, cafes and restaurants in Krumpendorf. Only about 10-15 mins by car to Klagenfurt. The garden was fully secure for our dogs and the place had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book again in the future.

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Perfect to disconnect and enjoy the hikes of the Triglavski National Park and the pastoral life. Be ready for the 30 minutes drive on an unpaved road for the last stretch of the journey but Branko showed us the way and it made the arrival smooth and pleasant. He was extremely responsive and useful when we had questions about hikes and day trips. And gave us delicious sweets. Once you arrive you feel immersed in Nature. There is a delicious local restaurant 5 minutes walk away and local cheese and bread for sale. (but no grocery store, which was not an issue since we knew it). The house is extremely clean and well appointed, everything seems brand new. Also very nice to arrive and find fresh fruits, bread, jam, coffee, tea and milk and everything needed for our breakfasts. Incredible sleep quality in the mountains. We loved our stay. Well-worth the journey! Thank you, Branko for your hospitality!

I had a great time at Valentina's place. It is a quiet authentic Austrian village, just what I needed. The house is equipped with everything you need and your host, Valentina is absolutely kind and helpful. I had recommendations from her for nearby activities and sights as well. I had a really pleasant time there and enjoyed the beauty of the place.

Blaz was a great host and very helpful in offering suggestions for places to eat and see. The house isn't too far from the lake and the centre of Bled, and is situated in a quiet location, making it feel very private. The house was spotless and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen with everything anyone could need.

10 days of pure relaxation! A great place to stay on a wonderful lake! Quietly located without much hustle and bustle on a private beach for the neighbors - 10 steps from the accommodation.
