A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

Located in a small typical village of Seine-et-Marne, at the foot of a church (which rings from 7am to 10pm). Accommodation located in our private courtyard with all amenities (equipped kitchen, stove, cozy bedroom upstairs, bathroom with large shower). In the heart of the 3 Pignons massif (Fontainebleau forest), nature lovers will appreciate the direct access to the forest. Château de Fontainebleau and Grand Parquet 10 minutes away. Free private parking.

Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). For your information, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) to offer more comfort to visitors. Bike rental (including electric) possible at our neighbor's (instructions on the last photo of the listing).

The Clos des 3 Pignons is a carefully renovated 185 m² house with a charming inner courtyard, 2 terraces and a quiet garden. It is fully equipped to accommodate friends and family. 5 bedrooms, a sofa bed, 5 bathrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people (max). Located 15 minutes from Fontainebleau by car, near the first climbing areas and the 25 bosses in the forest and the Grand Parquet competition grounds.

The Chalet des Sables

Relax in this quiet and elegant Chalet in the heart of Gâtinais Park. In a well-kept garden suitable for short and medium stays, ideal for resting after a Hiking, Cycling, or Rock Climbing trip. Located near the Grands Avaux forest with its popular spot for climbing its rocks in a picturesque setting between trails and hiking trails (GR11). We offer breakfast for a charge of €10 per person.
