We are local to the neighborhood and rented the house for family during graduation. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. House was immaculate, and easy for friends and family to find. Highly recommend and will use again for out of town guests.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the swimming pool—clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to relax after a long day. The location was great—peaceful but still close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went perfectly. Highly recommend this Airbnb, especially if you’re looking for a place with a great pool and a relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at David’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better!

This place was absolutely, clean, homey, had an abundant amount of space, bedrooms and beds for are large family!! There was a bathroom setup with handicapped accessibility with was absolutely perfect for our 71 year old mother!! The backyard has plenty of activities and space to be out all day and comfortable. We meet somewhere every year for a family vacation and this home was hands down the best so far. Thank you Kevin and Julie for welcoming us in your home!!

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

Jade’s place was just as described - very bright and felt high-end but was still cozy. Good location that was easy to get around. The pool was wonderful and felt very private.

One of my favorite air bnb's! Loved that there is a gym, pool and tennis court. Location is great and the neighborhood is very safe! Pam communicated very fast and was super sweet. Thanks for a great stay!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is most impressively decorated & maintained, and the array of amenities were super nice to have. Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Should I be in the area again, this'll be our first pick again without a doubt!

Great place Peaceful and quiet… took great naps and got plenty rest … was there to attend wedding .. beautiful and top notch … everything easy. Great stay will be back

We enjoyed staying at the house. The location was awesome - walkable to restaurants and Starbucks. Quiet neighborhood and Stephen was super quick to answer my questions.

Our stay at the Roswell Retreat was wonderful! The perfect house for a girls’ getaway. The house is in a great location - close to restaurants and shops. We were so pleased with the cleanliness of the house and the thoughtful details. It’s also in a very peaceful neighborhood. The host was very responsive and friendly. We look forward to staying here next year!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept great. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. Just a heads-up: the driveway is quite steep, so take it slow, especially if you’re arriving at night. Check-in was smooth, communication was easy, and the overall experience was truly five-star. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Jamey’s place! It was in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood, and the house was exactly what we needed for relaxing and having a spot to call home for a few days. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

10/10 would go back. We had a great time. So sweet to leave a present when we got there. Plenty of things to do around the place. Beautiful area, wild life, and so close to the lake. We had such a blast and we're even able to do laundry before we left. They had EVERYTHING we needed. Loved the fire pit and the dock on the lake. We will for sure be back. Jason’s cottage is a perfect spot if visiting downtown Roswell. It has everything you need. Highly recommended.

This place is super cute, and very cozy. I loved the decor and was an excellent place to host my family who was visiting for an major event. This house was an excellent choice for an overflow residence to my own house in the neighborhood. Gurpreet was very responsive, and we didn't have any issue during our stay. Thank you.

Ron's place is a wonderful retreat with everything as was described. We chose to have numerous meals at home, and nothing was missing or not available! It actually exceeded our expectations. Also the things supplied, were exceptional quality, not economy brands. The outside renovated carport was utilized daily for our morning coffee! I would HIGHLY recommend Ron's home

Jeff’s place was exactly as described and matched the pictures. We had more than enough space for our family of 8. We really enjoyed celebrating our 2 y/o bday here. So much so we all agreed we’d come back to celebrate other times together here! Thank you again

We loved our stay at this amazing house! It’s actually even better than the pictures, which sold us on this listing. The lake views and location were exactly what we were looking for a few days away. Most hosts provide necessities in travel size. We had absolutely everything we needed, like dishwashing soap, toilet paper, trash bags and more. There was no need to run out and pick up anything but our food. The house was immaculately, clean, with plenty of very comfortable seating for our party of seven. We enjoyed playing on the lake, the hot tub, family, meals, and rainy game nights. We would gladly book this property again.

The house was spectacular. Clean, spacious with a very updated look, just like in thebpics if not better. It was very comfortable for our family of 7. Roswell downtown is a 15 min walk and lot of eateries and cute and safe to walk around. The surroundings were safe. The house was pristine. very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils that we needed. There were ample linen. Hosts laid out clear directions and instructions which was very helpful. Highly Recommend this place!!!

What a great place to have the opportunity to utilize. We used this location for our family to attend in BallGround. It is simply the best place to stay with a family. The location is perfect for Canton to restaurants and shopping. I would highly Recommend this location for a family and group, as you will feel as if your were home.

Beautiful home, love the neighborhood…Area has lots of good restaurants, not too far from downtown ATL, house has plenty space to entertain guests. Will definitely return. Alpharetta is a good place to lay your head at night. Thank you Margaret
