Villa holiday rentals in Minturno

We stayed at Cecilias and Emilio's house as a family of 5 at the end of October and had a wonderful time there, especially since the weather gave us sun and summer temperatures all the time. The house is part of a terraced house complex and is about 2 km from the actual Sperlonga and and this season there were almost no tourists on site, so we had the beach in front of the villa to ourselves, also the restaurants in the immediate vicinity were all already closed. The house is nicely decorated, but it has been behind it for a few years and certain areas need renovation. There were mold spots on the wall in the downstairs bedroom, and it also smelled like mold. The drain in the downstairs bathroom smelled pretty strong. And unfortunately, the WiFi was not very stable, the connection kept breaking. Apart from these restrictions, however, we felt very comfortable there.

Everything is very nice. Very spacious house, beautiful terrace, well-equipped bathrooms, nice garden with swing for children, lounge chairs and sun loungers available. Real direct access to the beach. The house is complete with everything, you only need towels for the sea. Ample space for cars on the property. Everything completely matches the description. Host available, punctual, and prompt. It was definitely a great experience!!

Beautiful spot, we stayed in June and it was hot outside but easy to keep cool inside without air conditioning. The scenery is outstanding and it was nice to walk around I side the secluded gated community. Well stocked all around! The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. Even a variety of Italian coffee maker sizes. Linen on the bed was beautiful. It's less than 15 minutes to Sperlonga which is a cute little non-touristy town. I'd recommend parking at the top of the hill your first trip there. Be sure to bring cash especially coins as parking in Sperlonga annoyingly only seems to accept this as payment. Sometimes the neighbors played loud music but our host was able to talk to them and there was no issue from them after that. Host was perfect and greeted us there. I stayed with my colleagues at Villa Carmine and Gina during the days of an event that was held nearby. The description and photos absolutely match reality and we had a great time. A well-kept garden surrounds the house and, if we had had the time, we would have gladly spent the afternoon sunbathing. Very kind host in helping us find something tasty for breakfast. Definitely a very good option if I have to go back to the area.

We had a great time in Itri, the house is very charming and nice and the surroundings are very beautiful. The bedrooms are comfortable but there are only two bathrooms, one of which is quite cramped. The house is located on land shared with that of the host, which can be convenient to solve problems and have information but a little uncomfortable in terms of privacy ( including the dog-sitter of the host's dogs who is very friendly but a little invasive ). Finally, despite these few points, we had a lovely stay in Itri.

Franco was a very kind and friendly host. He met us for all our needs. Very helpful. The apartment was conveniently located for shopping, sightseeing and easy to reach with luggage.

Beautiful accommodation, fantastic experience!

Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, everything was clean, and the place was very close to local beaches, shopping and restaurants (just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach). The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions.

The house is beautiful and the views are INCREDIBLE! The hill to get to the house is very steep but worth it for the most beautiful vista. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved the house and especially the garden, just stunning and we ate outside for every meal.

We stayed for a few nights with another family. Plenty of room for two families with 4 young children. The garden is perfect for football, games and playing. The pool was clean and in good condition. We loved it! Very private and peaceful. Easy drive to Itri which has great facilities - supermarket, butchers, restaurants, gelateries - and a lovely walk up to the medieval part of the town and the castle. The house is clean and well stocked with basics. Lots of kitchen equipment to cook at home plus a bbq. We could have stayed longer!

The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

We had a fantastic holiday in this spacious villa. it was clean, fully equipment and Monica and Giuseppe warmly welcomed us. It was filled uo with coffee, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, olive oil, dishwasher tabs and enough towels for the wjole family. There were beach toys available for our daughter, we enjoyed the big garden a lot and a BBQ was available with a bag of coal. I highly recommend this place for holidays and it is very suitable for bigger groups +4.

A lot of houses in Italy are called "Villa". Giosis home really deserves the name "Villa". It is spacious, private, has everything you need. We really enjoyed our 1 week stay as a family of 5. You feel like you are in the nowhere but supermarket and lovely little village is close. We had the best pizza of our life there. Neaple, visuv, pompeii are reachable within 1h-1,5h by car are "must-see" trips if you are there. thanks Giosi for your trust and having us.

Week-long stay, July 2022. The villa is very well-kept and spacious (we were two families for a total of 8 people), complete with everything you need: dishes, etc. Outside there is a beautiful garden, with underground pool, lounge chairs with towels available, a brick barbecue and a large table that can accommodate 8/10 people. The owners welcomed us with kindness and were extremely attentive to our requests, without ever being intrusive. Carlo in particular went out of his way to quickly solve a plumbing problem that had occurred, making a technician intervene in a short time. They also pampered us by letting us find great local products. The villa is in a very quiet area, in the middle of the green hills, but in a strategic position to reach places of interest in a few minutes (Sperlonga, Gaeta, Formia). TOP stay!!!

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

I had the pleasure of staying in Salvatore's house in Rio Claro with my family and the experience was simply wonderful. The house is beautiful and quiet, a real retreat perfect for relaxing. It was extremely clean and well cared for, and there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals. In addition, the garden is a corner of paradise where we could enjoy the sun and quiet moments. A great advantage of the house is the proximity to the sea, which is beautiful and easily accessible. With a walk to the beach we enjoyed the blue flag sea. A special thank you goes to the hosts, who were very kind and helpful. They made our stay even more enjoyable with their hospitality, hospitality and attention to detail.

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Amelia’s place. The house is beautifully maintained and perfectly equipped with everything one might need. The garden is lush and full of colorful flowers, and the pool was a highlight—refreshing and well-kept, ideal for relaxing under the sun. The surrounding area is peaceful and picturesque, a perfect escape into nature. Amelia and her lovely family were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the very beginning. Their hospitality truly made our experience extra special. This is an ideal spot for families with children—safe, serene, and full of charm. Just a five-minute drive away is the quaint town of Maenza, where you can enjoy a walk through its cozy streets, visit a historic castle, and discover a few delightful restaurants and a local shop in the center. I love this villa, we were there last year, we came back this year and we will definitely visit it next year. Incredible atmosphere, privacy, mountain and sea views, nature, the villa is very green, there is a private pool. The beach is 15 minutes away by car, supermarkets too. Beautiful sunsets. Mosquito repellent is a must. I would highly recommend this villa.

An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.
