Dista circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Ferroviaria di Treviso Centrale ed a 5 km dall’Aeroporto Canova di Treviso (TSF). La zona circostante è ricca di bar, locali ed ottimi ristoranti tipici della città. La palazzina NON ha l'ascensore, è dotata di scale in pietra.
