Come and relax and unwind in this calm, stylish space. Surrounded by trees and overlooking the Pyrenees, this cottage offers a real break. Its terrace allows you to fully enjoy the view and it is not uncommon to be able to observe deer or other wild animals. Photo lovers, you will be served. Hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the chalet. The owners live in a non-attached house but located on the same property.

Close to all amenities and many tourist visits (Pyrenees forges, Foix Castle, Lombrives Cave, Prehistory Park, Aquatic Center, etc.) all within a 10 km radius, the ski resorts are only 45 minutes away. Many hiking trails are accessible from the doorstep, the accommodation is equipped with fiber optic internet for remote working.

Our very spacious house ( classified 3* ) is in a small village at the foot of the mountains, 18 km from Les Monts d 'Olmes resort and 7 minutes from Montségur Castle. The house is composed, on the ground floor, of a large living room (100 m2) and on the first floor of a large bedroom with bathroom + dressing room, two large bedrooms and a bathroom. You can enjoy the small garden and park your vehicles there.

From the south facing terrace of the Chalet "Le balcon du Bosquet" , you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Pyrenees mountains, as well as the city center.
