Valentina’s apartment is the ideal airbnb, someone’s well kept home that they share with guests. It’s spacious, nicely decorated, and well appointed. It suited two adults and one baby very well, with a crib & baby chair provided. Communication throughout was prompt and accurate. A friend of Valentina’s welcomed us to Modena, assisted with parking, provided instructions to the appliances and was available for any questions. Modena is lovely and very manageable on foot, and this is an excellent/central location to explore the entire city from. Highly recommend, we hope to return one day.

We stayed in Villanova, Italy for 4 nights during the F1 Imola race, and it was an incredible experience. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by charming scenery—perfect for relaxing after the excitement of the track. Our host was exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, welcoming spot near Imola!

We had a great stay. The apartment was nice and clean - looked just like the photos. The shower was fantastic. We had our ten month baby with us and the host kindly provided a travel cot and high chair which was much appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent and was quick so to answer any questions we may have. We would happily stay at this apartment again.

Beautiful, sparkling clean apartment in the ideal location right next to Duomo. Lots of natural light and a charming view from the bedroom window. The sunny kitchen is stocked with everything you need + provided breakfast bites like cornetto, muffins, and cereal. Fridge stocked with milk and water. Excellent host even gave me a ride to train station. I would stay here again for sure. There’s an elevator if you have heavy luggage.

Another great stay. This is an absolute "gem" of a flat in the "centro" in Modena. Walkable to anywhere and everywhere you want to go. Immaculate, comfortable and perfectly equipped either for a business or leisure trip either for a solo traveller our a couple. Cracking!

We stayed at Enzo's for one night on the occasion of the Ligabue concert at Campovolo, and we couldn't have chosen better! Top hospitality: Enzo was very kind, super helpful and made us feel immediately at ease. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything was tidy and well cared for in detail. Breakfast was also excellent, plentiful and well presented. A significant plus: it allowed us to stay an extra hour on the day of departure, which was really appreciated. Highly recommended! If we were to return to the area, we would already know where to go. Thank you Enzo!

The accommodation in which we were hosted was in a central, convenient area, corresponding to the photos and descriptions. Clean and tidy place. Fabio proved to be extremely helpful, always responding in a timely manner and providing very useful advice. I'd come back here without a doubt.

Monia was attentive to our needs and very present. Always kind. I really appreciated some amenities found on our arrival such as a bottle of water, everything you need both to make breakfast and to cook something. Our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. There were constructions happening on the main streets around the flat which caused some inconvenience but wasn’t too bad. Our only complaint is that the blanket bedding was uncomfortable, thin, and felt like a plastic throw. We mentioned it to the host and hopefully they will improve for future tenants. Overall we liked staying there!!

I had all of the amenities I needed for my stay at Marina's apartment and could not fault anything at all. I had asked for some restaurant recommendations and Marina was responsive and helpful in providing these. In addition, she recommended some places to visit whilst in Bologna. All very useful. Nothing was too much bother for Marina. She greeted me on arrival and came across as friendly and we run through any questions I had. The apartment was clean and is centrally located in Bologna. I could not have wished for me.

Great apartment in great part of the town. Rita was very accommodating, responding quickly to any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

This is not my first time as a guest of Roberta and I always feel good and I confirm everything I have said in previous stays. Hospitality, availability at any time, very clean and super equipped accommodation with everything, including air conditioning.

Giuseppe’s place was the best place we stayed on our Italy trip! The place is filled with little details to help you feel a little more at home while traveling. The place is extremely clean and in a really central location. Giuseppe was also extremely communicative and helpful. Highly recommend you stay here in Bologna!

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment was not only spotless but also super cool in style — such unique decor and a cozy vibe. The pool was a dream, especially on warm days. And the surroundings? Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe it. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A truly unforgettable experience! Great experience, although it was initially difficult to check in, an alternative was immediately found. Spacious and clean, if we go back to Modena we will definitely book here again.

Comprehensive apartment, surrounded by greenery with maximum privacy and equipped with every comfort to relax at your best. Very kind and helpful host for any questions or requests. You absolutely have to try the indoor pool! Highly recommended experience, I will definitely be back.

Delightful village, relaxing with a swimming pool and garden. Well-kept and tastefully renovated house, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.

Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but we felt right at home! The apartment was complete with every comfort and furnished with care, perfect for me and my boyfriend who wanted to do a day of smart working in a quiet setting and in the middle of nature.
