Valentina’s apartment is the ideal airbnb, someone’s well kept home that they share with guests. It’s spacious, nicely decorated, and well appointed. It suited two adults and one baby very well, with a crib & baby chair provided. Communication throughout was prompt and accurate. A friend of Valentina’s welcomed us to Modena, assisted with parking, provided instructions to the appliances and was available for any questions. Modena is lovely and very manageable on foot, and this is an excellent/central location to explore the entire city from. Highly recommend, we hope to return one day.

good place, clean and easy to access. refilled fridge and handmade cake everyday which was extremely thoughtful of the host. Area is a bit rural but a short drive from the city, highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The apartment was nice and clean - looked just like the photos. The shower was fantastic. We had our ten month baby with us and the host kindly provided a travel cot and high chair which was much appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent and was quick so to answer any questions we may have. We would happily stay at this apartment again.

Beautiful, sparkling clean apartment in the ideal location right next to Duomo. Lots of natural light and a charming view from the bedroom window. The sunny kitchen is stocked with everything you need + provided breakfast bites like cornetto, muffins, and cereal. Fridge stocked with milk and water. Excellent host even gave me a ride to train station. I would stay here again for sure. There’s an elevator if you have heavy luggage.

The apartment is in a perfect location in Modena, a short walk to most of the city. Everything was as described and the apartment had everything one could need. It was a great place to stay, even for an extended period of time.

We stayed at Enzo's for one night on the occasion of the Ligabue concert at Campovolo, and we couldn't have chosen better! Top hospitality: Enzo was very kind, super helpful and made us feel immediately at ease. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything was tidy and well cared for in detail. Breakfast was also excellent, plentiful and well presented. A significant plus: it allowed us to stay an extra hour on the day of departure, which was really appreciated. Highly recommended! If we were to return to the area, we would already know where to go. Thank you Enzo!

The accommodation in which we were hosted was in a central, convenient area, corresponding to the photos and descriptions. Clean and tidy place. Fabio proved to be extremely helpful, always responding in a timely manner and providing very useful advice. I'd come back here without a doubt.

Monia was attentive to our needs and very present. Always kind. I really appreciated some amenities found on our arrival such as a bottle of water, everything you need both to make breakfast and to cook something. Our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. There were constructions happening on the main streets around the flat which caused some inconvenience but wasn’t too bad. Our only complaint is that the blanket bedding was uncomfortable, thin, and felt like a plastic throw. We mentioned it to the host and hopefully they will improve for future tenants. Overall we liked staying there!!

I had all of the amenities I needed for my stay at Marina's apartment and could not fault anything at all. I had asked for some restaurant recommendations and Marina was responsive and helpful in providing these. In addition, she recommended some places to visit whilst in Bologna. All very useful. Nothing was too much bother for Marina. She greeted me on arrival and came across as friendly and we run through any questions I had. The apartment was clean and is centrally located in Bologna. I could not have wished for me.

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment was not only spotless but also super cool in style — such unique decor and a cozy vibe. The pool was a dream, especially on warm days. And the surroundings? Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe it. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A truly unforgettable experience! Delightful village, relaxing with a swimming pool and garden. Well-kept and tastefully renovated house, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.

The Suite was very clean and well furnished with everything you need. The host was always available, nice and helpful. We loved the breakfast and the Whirlpool was always clean. Overall great experience and we had nothing to complain about. Thank you for the experience
