Consigliato assolutamente: l’appartamento è arredato con gusto. È spazioso, pulitissimo ed ha tutto quello che è necessario. Si trova a pochi passi dal parcheggio, ma anche dal centro di Ortigia. Host gentilissima e sempre disponibile (anche se non abbiamo avuto bisogno per fortuna).

I loved this apartment! it is in a superb location, a block from the ocean and walkable to every site, every store and every restaurant. it was cozy and it was quiet. I would come back here again in an instant! Maria and her partner were very friendly, interested in ensuring I had a great stay, and very accommodating when I asked if I could leave my luggage a bit longer beyond checkout. She couldn't have been kinder in agreeing to this and she even offered to drive me to meet friends rather than have me pull my luggage through the streets. She went above and beyond! Given the spotlessness of the apartment, the amenities, the recommendations, and its proximity to all, this is an absolute gem!!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans le logement de Robin. Dès les premiers échanges, sa communication a été fluide, réactive et bienveillante, ce qui nous a mis en confiance. Le logement, quant à lui, était impeccable, confortable et situé dans un quartier paisible, idéal pour se détendre. Chaque détail semblait pensé pour assurer notre bien-être. Robin a été un hôte exemplaire, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous fournir des recommandations locales précieuses. Giovanna’s place was excellent for our 3 day stay in Ortigia! The apartment was clean and even better than the photos. It was in a great location, walkabale to many restaurants, shops and main attractions. Her co worker Nella met us on check in and she was very helpful in ensuring a smooth check in with plenty of recommendations. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!!

Amazing location and incredible hosts. They picked us up from outside Ortigia as the location is in the limited traffic zone which means you’re unable to take your car in. Despite not speaking a lot of English, the host communicated everything we’d need via messages and offered a ton of recommendations for things to see and places to eat. They were incredibly generous and kind leaving us with a stocked fridge, welcome wine and offered extended checkout. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re visiting Ortigia

A really beautiful apartment in a great location - walkable to restaurants and the sea. Host was super responsive and we got an early check in which was great. The balconies got sun all day and were great spots to watch the sunset. My only slight complaint would be that the shared terrace could do with a bit of up keep (eg replacing the broken sun loungers). Nevertheless, I would defo recommend!! Saw in other reviews there had been some noise complaints but we stayed for 6 nights and did not think it was too noisy - the noise you would expect from such a central apartment. The host also kindly supplies ear plugs.

Had a great cosy stay and perfect time to visit with minimal tourists on a gorgeous beach.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce logement pour visiter les environs. Tout s’est très bien passé que ce soit l’accueil ou le logement en lui-même qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. Nous recommandons sans hésiter des familles avec enfants souhaitant un peu de calme tout en étant à proximité des sites à visiter.

The apartment is full of character and is in a great location allowing you to easily walk to all of the wonderful attractions of Ortigia. Rita was a great hostess offering lots of advice and guidance. The apartment was really comfortable and we would love to go back for another visit. Thank you!

Es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Elisabetta and her husband Licio were lovely! They picked us up at the bus station in their car and after showing us the apartment, walked us a little bit around the neighborhood! Elisabetta offered to help anytime if we needed it. Licio came to greet us at check out and walked with us to the bus stop so we wouldn’t make a wrong turn and miss it. Lovely!

Vi havde otte rigtig skønne dage i lejligheden! Vi kan kun anbefale at bo der, og vi kommer meget gerne igen! Den er helt, som man kan se på billederne. Tagterrassen er helt privat, og den er virkelig skøn og en stor luksus. Lejligheden er godt indrettet, og der er alt, hvad man har brug for. Og en stor luksus at have udsigt til vandet fra badet. Værten var nem at kommunikere med og fleksibel. Man skal kunne gå på trapper for at kunne bo i lejligheden. Placeringen var også fin ift. Ortigia, der var fem-syv minutter derned. Vi ankom med toget, og lejligheden ligger to-tre minutter fra stationen, hvilket var helt perfekt. Vi spiste is hver dag på et lille lokale is-sted, der ligger 200 meter fra lejligheden; Viola Gelateria.

Nulla da dire, appartamento molto accogliente, curato, pulito e confortevole. Scicli stupisce per la sua bellezza ed eleganza, negozi aperti anche di sera...da visitare! Host molto gentili e disponibili. Ci ritornerei volentieri!

Great place, was very cozy and just the trick for a short trip where you can take a 20 minute walk to the city center. The outdoor patio was also great.

Great location with a beautiful pool and lots of sunlight due to the orientation of the property. The parking is secure behind a gate, and it’s especially convenient if your car has decent ground clearance. The check-in process was smooth and easy, even without the owner present. Although the host's English isn't perfect, he is very friendly and communication was never an issue. The single usable floor is nicely furnished, and it was a lovely touch to have olive oil, vinegar, and salt available in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. There's also a good BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, and the peaceful rural area with a sunny pool was a highlight. A few improvements in the kitchen and minor fixes could make the experience even better, but the positives definitely outweighed the small details.

Diese letzte von 3 Unterkünften während unserer Sizilienreise war für uns mit Abstand die schönste. Wer Abends nach viel Kultur, Aktivitäten oder Strandbesuchen gerne mal Ruhe und ländliche Umgebung genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Traumhaft gelegen zwischen Oliven- und Karubbäumen eignen sich eine weitläufige Terrasse und der Swimmingpool zum Relaxen. Aufgrund der etwas abgelegenen Lage hatte Nora uns sogar Essen und Getränke für den ersten Abend und das Frühstück bereitgestellt, das Becks war das Beste 🤩! Abbiamo apprezzato molto la terrazza comoda x cenare al fresco e la piscina. Appartamento nuovo e ben tenuto con tutti i confort. Zona residenziale molto tranquilla, soddisfatti.

it was a more than perfect stay ! everything was great ! who ever needs a proper relaxation, this place can not be better than others ! Kids friendly ,pet friendly and adults friendly!!! hahahahah we all had a relaxing holiday thanks to David !!! hope to see you again !

Our stay at Jo and Davide‘s place was more than amazing! This place is beautiful with everything you need! We stayed with three girls for our first visit to Sicily! It was the perfect location to explore the south of the island. Must see‘s are Scicli, Ragusa, Noto and much more! The hosts shared a lot of tips! Our highlight was the pool with the stunning view! We want to highlight that the place is even more beautiful than on the pictures! Thanks Jo and Davide! We will for sure come back!

We enjoyed our time and would like to thank Gianluca and his family, especially Maria and Sebastiano for taking so much care of the property. We have been invited to an Aperitivo with Sicilian wine and food, we loved it. We can highly recommend the accommodation if you want to stay around Noto/ Marzamemi. Gianluca is always happy to help and support where needed.

It was a great stay at Rosario‘s place. It is a quiet area but perfectly located for trips to the sea, to beautiful cities and other destinations. Especially for families with kids recommended. Our children loved the cat and the dog as well as the pool of course. Thank you very much!
