Holiday rentals with a patio in Moers

It was straightforward and exactly what we needed for a night out. The apartment is very clean and for short stays it offers everything you need. There are two sleeping places, the large bed and a sleeping couch. If you want to use it, it is helpful to let Rina know so she can get it. Also very cozy!

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. The stay was completely pleasant. The apartment was excellently clean, cozily furnished and equipped with everything you need. The lovingly designed folder with all the relevant information was particularly helpful. Everything was well organized and easy to find. Hello Nicholas! I will recommend your apartment. The furnishings are very modern and everything was clean. The highlight was the small garden where you could comfortably drink a beer. Due to the quiet location, there was also relaxation for the short stay.

It was located near Duisburg Central Station, so the access to the accommodation was so good. It was easy to get anywhere, and there was a shopping mall nearby, so it was easy to buy necessary items. The room was also clean, so I had a comfortable stay.

The small house with beautiful old trees (a huge cherry tree, apple tree) is an absolute gem. The location is in the countryside, in peace and quiet. The peace and quiet at night is perfect. In the vicinity, the house is surrounded by horse pastures and fields. The slightly wider area is probably the most beautiful part of the Lower Rhine, thanks to the nature reserves. Absolutely perfect for exploring by bike, directly from the holiday home. The house is very well renovated and in an absolutely new condition. It has been planned and implemented with attention to detail and in a very generous manner. The furnishings are of high quality and in good condition. This gives the house character and style.

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we had no baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It is also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

Tiny house with everything you need. The kitchen utensils in particular were great (new and high quality). The washing machine (with integrated dryer) was great. For more than a few days, the house would be too small and not private enough for us. The location of the terrace on the (very quiet) street, without greenery and opposite the landlords, was not so attractive. It can get very warm under the roof in summer.

Very uncomplicated host, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great, very tastefully decorated, with creative solutions for a basement ambience. Those who value the opportunity to watch television should have a suitable account (?) I don't know anything about it. Perfect for tired cyclists!

My mom and I felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was available for daily use. The place was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The garden with terrace is a beautiful little oasis with beautiful plants and with cozy seating. Guiseppe and his wife are very warm , friendly people. I felt at home. If we come back to Oberhausen, I will definitely choose this accommodation again ( hopefully free again at this time) . Was really very nice there. Great location and cozy modern ground level apartment. Super clean and you have everything you need. Beautiful views as well and walkable to the lake.

Cara was very friendly, always communicated reliably, We liked the apartment very much, the price is great! The small terrace with the large pass-through window to the kitchen was the cozy highlight for us on the sunny warm days in the morning and evening:) Ideally located for an extended weekend to explore the industrial culture between Duisburg and Dortmund, and at the same time in the idyllic old town Kern for a few minutes on foot over the beautiful Ruhr... And it went very well with Cara's apartment! Thank you:)

We felt home. The appartment is just nice for 7. The bed quality is excellent, the linen smells extra clean. The house is equiped everything: From oil sugar salt coffee to dishwasher to shampoo to laundry detergent. Theres also coffee machine, dishwasher, laundry washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, lots of toilet rolls etc... Paul was very responsive and gave very clear instructions. He make sure we arrived at the appartment (Even we arrive at 1am). We forgot our key inside the house and "the rescue" is very quick ! (Very kind of him !) I recommand !

Really only to recommend! There is nothing I can complain about. Communication is great, apartment as in the pictures and super equipped. Location is very nice and quiet. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

Me, my husband & 9 month old stayed in Ulf & Charlottes apartment and it was honestly wonderful. Beautifully presented and had everything we needed and more. All the little touches also like the baby snacks & toys was lovely. Both very responsive and informative. Always happy to help whenever. We couldn’t have picked a better apartment and better hosts. The apartment was absolutely awesome I was on a bike tour with my children. This apartment was one of three we had on our tour. Huge old building directly on the Ruhr and thus only a few meters from the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path. We were able to park bicycles in the slimmed-down garden. The apartment under the roof is huge and super modern. In the apartment, a huge balcony and outside a roof terrace where I could still enjoy my beer in the sun at 9 pm. The kids, on the other hand, watched movies on a huge TV, It was all perfect. THANK YOU We would have liked to have stayed longer. We would definitely book again for the next tour Axis....The Baldeneysee is also just around the corner
