Greiz und Elsterberg mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10 Fahrminuten erreichbar. Die Entfernung nach Plauen u. Reichenbach beträgt 20 Fahrminuten.

Eine Toilette zur Nutzung im Haus, sowie Gartendusche vorhanden. Das Schlafsofa hat ein Laken. Es gibt eine Feuerschale für romantische Abende, das Reh bellt zur guten Nacht.
