Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands! Koetshuis 't Bolletje is an attractive, detached residence on the open NSW estate De Bol op Redichem, part of the 17th-century walking park 't Rondeel. The accommodation contributes to the conservation and management of the natural beauty, and is available as temporary accommodation for hikers and nature lovers. Guests can explore the open part of the estate. Basic amenities are provided, in harmony with tranquility, history and natural surroundings.

There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.
