The house is located in the beautiful and quiet town of Tosnacco (upper part of Moltrasio), which is one of the nicest little towns along lake Como and quite close to the center of Como. From the public free parkings it is a ca. 200m walk up to my house - might be unconvenient with huge luggage. To compensate for the climb, there is a spectacular lakeview from the balcony. Down to the church and center of Moltrasio with restaurants and little supermarket it is a ca. 10 minutes walk.

The wall on the lake

In the historical context of the 1700s, a ground floor home with lake view. Renovated and furnished with Italian design accessories. The kitchen carved into the Moltrasio rock keeps the environment cool in the summer months. Bedroom with walk-in closet and master bathroom. Living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Both are equipped with TV, wifi, and floor heating. There is a public stone terrace in front of the house. The tourist tax (€2.50 per person) is excluded from the price.

In 10 minutes by walking you can start hiking in the mountain.

The Studio is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake. A comfortable apartment, approx. 65 square meters, in an 18th-century house located on a typical street by our wonderful lake, which does not allow access by car. Very quiet area. You can drive to within approximately 70–80 meters of the location. The nearest station is Lake Como. Within a 15-minute walk, negotiating a small climb, you'll be at the house. From the balcony you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city and lake.
