The property features a delightful shaded pergola, ideal for al fresco dining with loved ones. Inside, the house boasts a roomy living area, complemented by a convenient parking space.

A Jewel of Lake View

The house is located in the beautiful and quiet town of Tosnacco (upper part of Moltrasio), which is one of the nicest little towns along lake Como and quite close to the center of Como. From the public free parkings it is a ca. 200m walk up to my house - might be unconvenient with huge luggage. To compensate for the climb, there is a spectacular lakeview from the balcony. Down to the church and center of Moltrasio with restaurants and little supermarket it is a ca. 10 minutes walk.

The dock of Villa Sardagna

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

Ideal for relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves of the lake, which lap the house. Apartment Margherita overlooks the first basin of Lake Como, just 200 meters from the promenade of Villa Geno and very convenient to reach the lake, boats, the center of Como and transportation. It is located in an old house on the road that goes from Como to Bellagio. Entirely renovated inside, it enjoys a beautiful lake view. Since there are some steps to climb, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility
