The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

Kitchen with fridge/freezer, small oven, 2 hotplates, kettle, coffee maker. Bedroom with loft bed /160 cm wide. Including large storage space. Combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed for 1 person. Private access/parking. Garden unfinished and in progress but no noise. In case of any questions, we are always happy to help.

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.
