Monthly Rentals in Money Point

Michelle was a great host, with clear instructions and an easy to access unit. The furnishings were clean, modern and comfortable. Really appreciated the variety of containers with lids for taking fruit and snacks to the beach. So very close to the beach but nice to also have the pool as an option. Also appreciated the usb chargers. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was just as described, with an awesome TV perfect for plugging in our Switch at the end of a long beach day. It was a good location for being a close drive to campus, Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington. Johnny was great about communicating with us quickly whenever we reached out. We even accidentally forgot some nice clothes in the closet, and he was kind enough to mail them all back to us on the same day.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location, cleaner space, more at home and even better host in Jean and here Sweet Spot. We booked last minute for Memorial Day, when found Jean’s Sweet Spot. We’ll definitely will be back here in the near future

Awesome location, space for our group, and parking. This was so convenient to get to Wrightsville beach (8 min) and Wilmington downtown the other direction. Would recommend to anybody wanting to stay close to the beach!!
