Cascina Ferrarotti ligger i den sørlige delen av Piemonte, i distriktet Langhe, ca 20 minutter kjøretur til Barolo. The house is 10min away from the village but on the main road which connects (through a paved road with curves) to Lequio Berria (4km) or Bosia (6km).
