The Barchetta (Little Boat) is my small home inspired by the sea. It is not a real boat, it is a little normal home but inspired by the sea. Bright, cheerful and anchored in the very center of the city but in a strategic position: in the lively serenity of San Salvario near the Synagogue. The sailor style of my home makes it an original and comfortable sea corner in the center of town ... It is located on the third floor (with lift) in beautiful old building. FAST WIFI!!! A small comfortable, romantic stone house in a tiny private country village dating back to the 13th Century, surrounded by 124 acres of fields and woods. Wonderful views: panoramic terrace with a view of the valley and, on clear days, up to the Alps. Swimming pool. Huge garden. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
