We had an unforgettable stay at this magical cabin! Izzy and Joe are amazing hosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. Check-in was seamless, and since late checking was requested by them , they kindly offered a late checkout, which we truly appreciated and made our departure more relaxed. The cabin itself is even better than the photos—beautifully decorated, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed. The bedroom and sunroom with lake views quickly became our favorite cozy spots. The private island with its dreamy daybed swing and breathtaking lake views felt like a hidden paradise, and our dog loved roaming leash-free on the island. Everything in the cabin is intuitively organized, with smart controls for lighting, shades, and TV—managed via an iPad that also contains a well-designed digital guide. We’ve stayed at many cabins over the years, and this one stands out in every way. We’re already planning to return and make this special place an annual tradition

Had a great experience. Had a few small issues but Jerry was very apologetic and it didn’t affect our stay. Jerry was always very responsive and helpful. The linens and furniture were all very clean, making us feel comfortable and right at home. Overall we had a fantastic stay and look forward to coming back!

I am in two minds about what to write in this review. On one hand, this property is truly mind blowing. It has been designed beautifully indoors and there is so much attention to detail. And then, the view…I’ve traveled a lot and the view blew my mind. On the other hand, I’m not sure I want too many other people to know about this gem..because I want to come back. And I am hoping this review doesn’t make that more difficult.

The space was exactly as-advertised in the pictures: well-kept and well-appointed, located in a serene and peaceful location in the countryside. Check-in and check-out were very simple, and we had everything we need for our stay including a useful guide to the home and some local activities. The home itself was a great blend of rustic and modern and had more amenities than we could imagine. We especially appreciated the spacious, warm, and well-equipped kitchen. Definitely worth staying if you are looking for a getaway to the Hudson River Valley!

Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever been to , the place was very organized , clean with instructions and helpful tips all over. The view was amazing, Dawn was very helpful and responsive host she thought of every detail , our family enjoyed a bbq with the amazing view of the lake . We will definitely be coming back again ❤️
