Great stay overall! We had 16-18 people and the property slept us all comfortably with plenty of space to eat and relax. Much cleaner than other places we have stayed as a group. Quiet neighborhood and great hot tub! We would love to come back.

Family of 5 and plenty of room/beds/space for everyone. All our needs were met. It really was a “just bring your clothes/personal items only as that’s all you’ll need” situation. A great place for kids as well since there was a pool, pool room, theater room, recreation room, etc. there was even an office area with a desk which helped tremendously as I typically work from home. Tons of parking space also. Angelique was responsive and helpful with any questions. She even went above and beyond to work with us to help extend our stay at the last minute due to our home reconstruction took longer than expected.

We came for summer camp drop off at IU, and it was perfect. 3 bedrooms plus 2 bath gave everyone the private space they needed, and the kitchen stocked with plates and coffee made it feel like home. The walk to the pool and water slides was amazing for our two kids in a very walkable neighborhood. Also probably one of the most responsive hosts we've had.

Perfect End-of-School-Year Getaway! This home was absolutely perfect for a quick end-of-school-year getaway with my kids! The hosts went above and beyond—even creating a small and thoughtful scavenger hunt for my two young kiddos, which they absolutely loved. They were so entertained, they didn’t even want to leave the house! Although the weather was too chilly for us to enjoy the pool, we had a great time exploring Bloomington and taking advantage of the amazing amenities the hosts provided. It was a memorable trip, and I’m already planning to return soon. Highly recommend these wonderful hosts!

Brian was a great host for our bachelor party group. The home was very nice, clean and extremely spacious. He was very nice to deal with and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. We had no complaints whatsoever about our stay for the weekend. It was 90+ degrees all weekend so we got great use out of the pool and shaded back deck. I would recommend Brian for future bookers and would like to go back for another weekend at some point! Thank you, Brian!

Barbara and Alan were super sweet when they greeted us. They showed us around and where everything was. Loved the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies left for us!

We came to Bloomington for a wedding and shared the space with family. It was the perfect setup for our two families with 4 bedrooms all with their own bathroom. The house was the perfect size for us. Highly recommend.

Property was as described and matched pictures in posting. Very pleased with how clean the house was and the small, thoughtful amenities. We booked the property to attend IU graduation and found it very convenient. We knew the location would require us to drive to campus but happy to learn an Uber ride from campus was only $20 after celebrating with family and friends. DEFINITELY book this property if you are needing accommodations during IU graduation.

The place was fantastic! It was nice, clean, and comfortable. Everything was new and updated with a lot of space for gathering. Highly recommend!

This was the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for a long long time. It felt like a brand new home and It was very easy to check in and felt absolutely spotless upon arrival - like truly it was so clean. It was perfect for a big group- 13 girls. Plenty of space, air mattresses, cozy living room. The kitchen was also wonderful to gather around! We were able to walk around the beautiful neighborhood and enjoy evenings together at home. Lovely, responsive hosts and a gorgeous home! Thank you x1000

This is an incredible home. The house itself is very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and there are abundant fresh towels in the bathrooms. The surrounding woods and pond are picturesque and peaceful. We spotted a red shouldered hawk, wild turkey, crows, wood thrushes, and deer with a fawn. It’s a short drive to Nashville and Brown County State park. Rich, the host, was very kind and thoughtful. The house handbook was very informative, thorough and helpful—the best handbook I’ve encountered! Answered all our questions! Highly recommend this Airbnb!

This location was simply perfect! A beautiful, private retreat and a gorgeous home. The location is within 5 minutes of both Nashville and the State Park but feels like its own special place set apart. We loved every minute. The house was beautiful, the amenities were as described, and we enjoyed seeing the deer, squirrels, and birds that also enjoyed the property.

Enjoyed our stay. Was very peaceful and overall had no issues. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Bloomington area!

Overall, a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth. Loved the convenient location and being surrounded with nature! One small incident—on Friday morning, some strangers knocked on the door and didn’t respond when asked who they were, which was a bit scary at the time. They eventually left after the third attempt, and I reported it to the host right away. The host mentioned they might have been from a religious group. Thankfully, it didn’t happen again for the rest of the stay. Despite that, the neighborhood was generally quiet and I’d still consider staying here again!

We came for my son’s IU graduation and we had a great time. This is the BUSIEST weekend in Bloomington so all reservations are done at least 12 months in advance and every place is overpriced including rentals, hotels, restaurants, etc and you are happy if you can get a vacancy. We booked several months in advance. It was very easy to communicate with Joseph, he is very friendly and responsive. My daughter arrived a bit earlier and checked in the house. She texted me that there was dog hair on the floor and furniture. Since the place is pet friendly, i expected that this might be an issue. Joseph was very resourceful and responsive, he asked someone to come by and clean the floors the same evening. While it was not perfect, I appreciated Joseph’s willingness to fix the issue and resolve it right away.

This place was simply gorgeous. Setting is peaceful and beautiful. The house is thoughtfully decorated, and it fits into the environment perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. The beds were comfortable. My only regret is we only had one night there.If you haven’t visited Hard Truth, you should!

5 stars!! We had an amazing weekend at The Nancy. The house was perfectly curated to fit its mid-century modern design and had so many fun and personal touches. We were impressed with how much Brooke had available in this home: comfortable beds, extra blankets and towels, basic toiletries (LOVED that these were themed specific to “The Nancy”), a fully stocked coffee/tea station, logs for the fireplaces, s‘mores fixings, cornhole boards, games, the ping pong table, and more. Not to mention the newly added hot tub, which was a fantastic place to hang out at the end of the day. Brooke was the best host! Brooke was proactive and clear in her communication and continued to check in during our stay. She was always quick to respond and eager to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would absolutely recommend this property and host to anyone staying in Bloomington.

Chad was very proactive and responsive to any questions we had. Great home, great amenities, would stay here again!

This is a great location for visiting IU! It is a bedroom with a lovely sitting area - big windows and then a nice bathroom. A coffee maker, small fridge, microwave are available in the walk in closet area. To get to the entrance you have to walk through the backyard of the house which would be more challenging if you had mobility issues. Very cute and well decorated!

I left this place absolutely gobsmacked. It really should be listed in a special category within Airbnb because it is a time capsule so exquisitely captured. I personally have always loved farmhouse-modern style houses and appreciated midcentury, but now, having stayed at David's place, I have ABSOLUTE REVERE for the genius and excellence of mid-century design. This house has been so perfectly preserved. Because the wood slats on ceiling are structural, the sound when it rains is like being cocooned in a canvas tent with padding on top. It was so incredibly good for sleeping (in conjunction with the black-out blinds). It rained every night—what a treat! The cove lighting, the fixtures, the furniture...all perfect mid-century iterations. And the sheets and pillows were ridiculously soft. I can't speak highly enough of this place. It really is a gem and a masterpiece. AND!, David was a super attentive and friendly host. I highly recommend.

Austin was a great host and super accommodating. This was our second stay at the house and it has worked out perfectly for us. We would absolutely stay there again.
