It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

One bedroom, ground floor of our villino on the bay of small village Pozzarello. independent entrance with some shared outside areas. on the BEACH but on the road too, so do expect some car noise in season, access the beach by a private underpass in 30 seconds- never needing to cross the road great for family. Lovely & cool in summer with aircon. fenced in outdoor space. Parking included and right outside the house gate. Park and then walk or bike for the rest of your stay in the area.

A beautiful breathtaking sea view of the cove and the islands of Giglio and Giannutri, will welcome you upon your arrival on a terrace equipped with table and chairs, sofa with armchairs and outdoor chairs to spend your convivial and relaxing moments. In the evening, on the terrace under the stars, it is a unique moment to enjoy the sea and the beautiful sky of the Argentario. Ideal for a couple with one or two children.

Seaside apartment in Porto S. Stefano

The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) of a building near the port and close to all amenities; it is airy and comfortable, suitable for very short stays but also extended ones. It's a good place to start to reach every part of the country on foot, even some beaches. Very close to the boarding point for the islands of Giglio and Giannutri. We offer our guests the possibility to park for 5 euros per day in the large public parking lot a stone's throw from the apartment

At the exit of the last gallery you will be a short walk from the boarding to the nearby islands

Terra delle Sidhe is a small organic farm located in southern Tuscany overlooking a beautiful valley located on the slopes of Monte Amiata, between the medieval towns of Castel del Piano and Seggiano. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

My house is located in the historic center and overlooks the church square a stone's throw from the waterfront of Porto S. Stefano. The house has a separate entrance and consists of a kitchen connected to the large living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has a small storage room with a washing machine and a balcony. The interior has been recently renovated with fine finishes and furnishings that combine modern furniture with original elements from the 1960s.
