Podere San Bendetto

My accommodation is suitable for couples, lonely adventurers, families with children and pets. It is located in open countryside and is ideal for those looking for a quiet place to relax in the shade of large trees. Great starting point for exploring the beautiful villages of the surrounding area (Sorano 14 km, Pitigliano 20 km, Sovana 23 km, Saturnia 46 km, Bolsena 27 km). There are two bicycles with child seats, cot, barbecue and fruit and vegetables in our garden!

Our agriturismo consists of 2 Appartments with a wide equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, a large bedroom where sleeps max 4, bad with shower. The apartments are furnished with air conditioning and both of them have a veranda. 7 km away from the seaside. We have two big double rooms with bad with shower and air conditioning. The breakfast is with our products and cost 15,00 € for couple. There is a 2,00 € pax to pay for a maximum of 7 days payable at departure.

The Theater House

Our apartment is located in the historic Palazzo dei Priori built in the thirteenth century, which at the end of the nineteenth century hosted the Theatre, now part of the historical route of the country. Inside the house you will find a bedroom equipped with linens, with en-suite bathroom complete with courtesy kit and a living room with sofa bed, television and kitchenette where we will be happy to offer you what you need for breakfast.

Centrally located apartment, overlooking the seafront, a few steps from the Marinella beach and the central square, located on the first floor, without elevator but with stair lift for the disabled, has a large double bedroom, single bedroom, spacious kitchen with induction and dishwasher and large living room with dining area and sea view, bathroom and closet. On the balcony you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view.

Coastal Victorian

Intimate, cozy and bright apartment in Albinia just a few minutes walk from Giannella beach. The Casa al Mare consists of a living room with open space kitchen and terrace, double bedroom and bathroom. Its strategic location, right at the entrance to the village allows you to easily reach the main points of interest. Nearby you will find: a bar- tobacco shop, a pharmacy, tennis courts, the bus stop, the post office.
