Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

Absolutely brilliant place. Very charming, spacious and calm. Beautiful view, pool, and outdoor area. Simone is very kind and highly responsive. We stayed here 6 adults and had a wonderful time. Highly recommended for both friends and families.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Terra Antica is simply stunning. The room, view, hospitality all exceeded expectations-which were already very high! If you go, definitely do the wine tasting and lunch. Mario was so interesting and informative, the wines are out of this world, and the lunch was delicious. Thanks for a memorable visit. Hope to return again soon!!!

An incredible, beautiful house where you’ll feel right at home. The villa is spacious and welcoming, perfect for cooking and relaxing with friends. My only suggestions would be the need for fans in the bedrooms as without AC it gets quite warm during those hot evenings.

I won't soon forget the wonderful view from the terrace and the infinite tranquility - a really nice stay. My dog really enjoyed the large property where she could move freely. The house was very clean and functionally furnished. The pool was great, too. Overall, we felt very comfortable. Communication with Valentina or Valentin's husband was very straightforward. I was impressed by the speed of the response: when there was a problem in the bathroom, I had just sent the message, he was already standing in front of me and fixed the problem. If you are looking for peace, a magnificent view and a great environment with very nice landlords, this is the place to be!!

We had a great stay! The place was beautiful and Rachel was a wonderful host. She was super responsive, met all of our needs, and even made us a last-minute, 13 person reservation at a local restaurant (it was a hit). Highly recommend this place.

Andrea's property tucked into the beautiful hills on the Umbria countryside was truly incredible. The property had every amenity and many areas to soak up the sun and the views. It was probably the best BBQ view I've ever seen. The property was a bit further than we thought it was initially and you definitely need a car to get up the steep roads, but the quality of the host and the home made our stay unforgettable. Amazing property! Better than the photos. 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Beautiful property amongst the olive trees. Enjoyed relaxing days by the pool, Floriana’s own Prosecco and the private pasta cooking class! Amazing stay!

Perfect stay from start to finish. The villa was immaculate and the staff who checked us in were fast, considerate and friendly. They informed us of extra services that we ended up using in the end like we organised a dinner with their private chef on our last night and it was amazing. The thermal pool and sauna were TOP! Highly recommend and will book again!

La Vignaccia is wonderful. We were a family of 6 adults plus a baby, and the set up was great for spending time together but also having plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a large group and the many private spaces were very relaxing. Working remotely was possible with the wifi but not super strong for calls. However there is 5G around the house, so hot spotting from a window worked fine.

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

Great place to stay. Excellent communication, went above and being to ensure our stay was exceptional. Deborah even bought a pasta machine for us to use for our evening meal - which was really appreciated. It was a great week.

Our stay in Paciano exceeded our expectations. The place is perfect, quiet and offers beautiful views of the valley and lake. The house is fully equipped, nothing to plan and our hosts were super available and provided good advice (thanks for the recipes). Amenities and shops 15 min drive. Ideally located between Rome, Florence, Pisa and Siena. No complaints, it was a very nice surprise, thanks to Maria Pia and Dante.

We had a great time! Super clean and spacious house with a nice outdoor area. Constanze was always super helpful and responded quickly. But be aware, you need a car and restaurants and supermarkets are not in walking distance. Thanks a lot for having us.

Villa Febea is the most magical place, perfect for a large family gathering and celebration. It is gorgeous, comfortable, practical and in a great location. We were given first-class treatment and felt at home and well taken care of. We were given guidance and advice on the planning of our stay over the course of many months, so when we arrived at the villa, everything fell into place perfectly. The owners offer a large selection of services and excursions and can help with just about anything. We had fantastic dinners organized for us at the villa, and we highly recommend the pasta making class followed by dinner, which was one of many highlights. We loved the place, the staff and our whole experience. A holiday and celebration to remember forever!

We were looking for a villa that had plenty of space for my husband and I with our 3 adult kids and this villa was perfect! We all had our own bedrooms and private bathrooms. The villa was in the idyllic peaceful Tuscan countryside surrounded by rolling hills, wine vineyards and olive trees with distant views of castles. It is absolutely gorgeous! Alessandro, the owner of the villa met us upon check in. The property has been in his family for hundreds if years. He was incredibly kind and generous, leaving an abundant amount of fruit, several bottles of wine from his vineyard and beautiful fresh flowers in every room. He was always available to answer any questions and make recommendations. Anke, the property manager, was excellent and responsive. Promptly answering my questions prior to the trip and proactively giving us wonderful recommendations. Highlights were truffle hunting Il Podere Castle, Umbria Olive oil tour and Banfi Castle wine tasting. Memories to last a lifetime! ❤️

Beautiful house in beutiful country side with spectacular view. My family couldn't get enough of it and we started all mornings sitting on the veranda with our morning coffee looking at this beutiful view. We loved the pool and our grandchildren too. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located in the heart of the Valdichiana with easy and clear access to the surrounding towns. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with a combination of olive trees, grapevines, flowers and even herbs like rosemary, basil and mint that we used in our cooking. The rooms were spacious and very private. Our group of 6 were more than comfortably accommodated, each with its own bathroom and AC units that worked well. The two kitchens served us well. We mainly utilized the outside kitchen as the weather throughout our stay was perfect. The kitchens were well stocked with all of the necessary cooking items. There were some items that we needed to purchase at the local supermarket, including shower gel, paper towels, napkins, etc. For a one week stay we would recommend extra towels, especially for the pool. Overall, I would highly recommend La Bacaia as a base to fully enjoy your Tuscan vacation.

Our group of 4 women stayed for 5 nights and the top reason we booked it was all of the glowing reviews. I was a little skeptical, because I've been a host and I've stayed at many Airbnb's. Could it really be the best experience ever? We'll, I'm here to tell you to believe the hype. Our stay at Francesco's was the absolute best. Beautiful location, spotless, and each of us had our own bedroom with en suite bathroom. You definitely need a car to get around, but we knew that and wanted a remote location. Still, it was only a quick drive to towns with restaurants and things to do. Francesco brought us fresh pastries every day and even a cake for our one guest's birthday. It was incredible and we would all stay again if we ever come back to Tuscany.

Absolutely beautiful property with spectacular views. Wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday. Minutes from town to have morning cappuccino’s. Must visit the Pomaio winery which is a 10 min drive. Leonardo and Marta were so welcoming and taught us so much about their winery.
