Monthly Rentals in Monte di Malo

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at Fabio’s place! We were there for a month, and it was great to have a spacious apartment where we could cook meals, relax, and work remotely. The downtown area, train station, and grocery stores were an easy walk away. (Cafe, bakery, Gelateria only a couple minute walk away!) Something to note is that although there is wifi access, it is not unlimited. We probably use more wifi than the average couple due to working from home, but we ran out about half way through our month stay. Fabio directed us on how to purchase more, but it was an additional expense that we weren’t expecting. Overall, it’s a great apartment, spacious and clean, and Fabio was very accommodating!

Very nice place to stay. We felt comfortable. The accommodation is located directly on a street, so you have heard the street noise well with the window open. However, with windows closed, this was no problem for us. Thank you to Stefano for the good and quick communication. We really enjoyed our time in Schio at this property.

We stayed for two days in this beautiful apartment surrounded by greenery. The accommodation is really comfortable and pleasant and offers all the comforts, including air conditioning and coffee maker with gently offered pods. Andrea was very kind and made us feel at home, he even added an extra bed to allow us to let the child sleep with us without having to give up being comfortable. The area is outside the town center but, very close there is a fantastic wood-burning oven that produces very high quality breads and sweets (absolutely to try the pan-frutta, an integral bread from mother yeast, with nuts, figs, hazelnuts and apples...a bomb!).

Location in the midst of nature in a context of peace and serenity. Quiet area, comfortable and spacious apartment for both us and our dog 😁 Gabriele has always been available and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended for those with pets and those looking for a little peace and quiet in the countryside and nature.
