Beautiful, bright and graceful, it is located on the 10th floor of a building in the residential of Madonna Alta. Equipped with a double bedroom and a kitchen with a sofa bed, it allows the accommodation of individuals or small groups of up to 4 people. The bathroom is clean and comfortable as well as equipped with a washing machine. You can walk there from the station which is about 7 min. away on foot. It is also just a few meters from the metro that will take you comfortably to the center

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Situato nell’immediata periferia di Perugia, l’appartamento è stato ricavato dal restauro di una tipica casa umbra in pietra e mattoni ai margini di un piccolo boschetto privato. Soggiorno ampio, un “open space” con pavimenti ed archi originali in cotto e pietra, dove zona living, salotto ed angolo cottura convivono in spazi ben definiti. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
