Holiday rentals with a patio in Monte Mario

The place was absolutely beautiful stylish, crisp clean linen. It has a touch of luxury, aircon im every room for the hot days in Rome, privacy and a lovely balcony to enjoy breakfast The closest supermarket is not even 5 min away and it operates 24/7 It is extremly well thought from the welcome bottles of water both sparkling and still to all the equipment in the kitchen and first aid kit. The location is quiet, close to the metro line The Quadraro is much nicer than it was but still has growing pains, so we did not hang out much there On the weekdays the tube closes early however there is a replacement bus that takes the same route as the tube so no problem there.We chose to takes a taxi on those days and it was all perfect not the slightest problem

This place was fantastic. So close to many things. We walked everywhere even with 3 kids. There were two private balconies so although it was in the middle of a bustling square it was possible to relax and rest outside. Sonia was great. She provided excellent details on how to find the place. She also offered many recommendations on places to eat. Would stay here again 100%!

Highly recommended accommodation. Perfect location for those who need to reach the Gemelli or the Catholic University while staying in a neighborhood with all services and shops easily accessible on foot. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, the services inside were complete and Ms. Catia was very helpful and ready to provide information.

I had a great experience at this accommodation. From the very beginning, Simone’s communication was excellent—always responsive, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. He even offered to pick me up at the metro station, which was a very kind gesture and truly shows how thoughtful he is as a host. The place was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for resting after a long day exploring the city. One thing to keep in mind is that the nearest metro station is about a 10–15 minute walk away. It’s generally manageable, but after a long day on your feet, the uphill walk back can feel a bit challenging. Still, if you’re looking for a peaceful place with a great host and solid value, this is an excellent choice. Thank you, Simone, for making my stay so pleasant!

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

Our stay at Giovanna's was very nice. We were able to get from the accommodation to the city center very well by bus or tram and at the same time had the advantages of a quiet residential area. In addition, Giovanna helped us to find our way around the area and feel comfortable with tips and recommendations. The small attentions that Giovanna prepared for us gave us a good start. We would come back anytime and can only highly recommend the apartment.

We had a very good time, very welcoming and well furnished apartment. There has always been immediate support for every request we made. I will definitely return to Fabrizio and I highly recommend it.

Had an amazing stay here. Really beautiful flat with all the amenities and a patio. So gorgeous. Everything is really modern and clean. Would totally recommend! Matteo was super responsive and a fantastic host. Hopefully will be back in the future!

Camilla was very helpful and quick to respond to my messages and questions. The wifi worked fine. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. There was nothing missing. In the summer, this place is sure to be a hit. Very cool and with air conditioning . Highly recommend this place

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

The Airbnb is exactly as shown in the photos and description. The host is very responsive and kind, she even offered to send Maria, the housekeeper, to pick us up at the airport and take us there, for a small fee. The setting is really nice, but very far from the city center of Rome. It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to any tourist location. But it allows you to be more relaxed. I recommend it!!

Wonderful, comfortable little apartment in the heart of Rome, walkable to all the sights and lots of restaurants and shops literally just a minute away. The AC worked great and the private terrace was so nice! I would stay here again.

That was an amazing experience: spacious tastefully decorated apartment equipped with everything for either short- or long-term stay in a lovely neighborhood. The kitchen is not big but has a lot of appliances that you need for cooking as well as oils, spices, salt, sugar, etc. The location is superb: quite but close to metro, Vatican and historical center. Francesco is very responsive, patient and ready to assist. We enjoyed every day of our stay and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful stay in Rome, will be back!

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

The accommodation is as described, clean and well located, with a very nice terrace on the ground floor. Claudine was extremely kind and welcoming, despite the language barrier, which made our stay very warm. The neighbors upstairs were sometimes a little noisy, but it was reasonable and didn't spoil our experience. A good place for a quiet stay!

Fabiola is a great and friendly host. She was always available and gave us lots of great advice (specially really good places to have the real Italian pizza and pasta). The apartment was really beautiful, modern and with all the amenities one would need for a good stay in Rome. The terrace was amazing, a quiet and beautiful place to rest surrounded by plants after a long day walking. It is also conveniently close to the Vatican in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of good restaurants nearby. Easy to get anywhere in Rome either by public transport or walking. And there’s a bus from the airport that leaves you very close to it. We will surely repeat our stay with Fabiola anytime we go back to Rome

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!
