Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Monte Mario

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

Le logement est impeccable, ça sent très propre, tout est proche, on a fait Roma en marchant du logement, Mattia nous a donné des recommandations avec le transport, restaurants, on recommande l’appartement à 200% , j’espère retourner à Rome au même appartement. Merci Mattia pour ton accueil.

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! Thank you for everything!

Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Enjoyable stay, lots of restaurants nearby, very walkable, clean home perfect for 2 couples or small family, felt very safe. Host was very responsive, helpful and friendly. She even has a driver you can book to take you to/from airport. Great stay while in Rome!

Absolutely loved the location, close enough to walk everywhere but out of the main hustle & bustle. Restaurants & best little Jewish bakery on the street right outside. Having own kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out every night which was good as we were exhausted after some big days exploring. David was a great communicator and also provided information for restaurants when asked & checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again. Bel appartamento come da foto e descrizione, pulito e vicino a tantissimi pisti da visitare tra cui il Vaticano. L’host è stato super gentile, se dovessi ricapitare in zona ci torno volentieri!

La casa di Simonetta è molto accogliente, pulita e ordinata. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, dove comunque c’è un piccolo centro commerciale e la fermata dell’autobus. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo Airbnb ☺️

El departamento de Mario y el mismo Mario son lo que se necesita para garantizar unos días divinos en Roma. Ubicación: El departamento está estratégicamente ubicado cerca de las principales atracciones de Roma, facilitando su recorrido a pie sin problema. Esta en una zona de callecitas con gastronomía buenísima!, tiendas, comercios y actividad nocturna. El departamento por dentro: Impecable! Además cómodo y completo. Y finalmente Mario, encantador, atento y a disposición! Tanto que hasta nos permitió retirarnos más tarde y no nos cobró. Como decía al principio: todo una garantía para pasar un tiempo precioso en Roma. Lo super recomendamos! Gracias Mario!!

We had a nice stay at this place. We were hardly there, only to sleep. Spacious for 5 people. A/C works GREAT!! This was a big plus. The only space we did not use was the roof terrace as it was through another entrance next door and you have to walk up pass a bunch of other apartments to get there. I was hoping we could eat breakfast there or drink a nice morning coffee, but this is too much of a hassle. So unfortunately we did not use it at all. Communication was great, very nice and helpful. Apartment was only ready at 15:30 but the cleaning crew worked hard, we cannot blame them. Maybe hiring another team of cleaners could be an idea. Overall we had a great time. Thank you

Elvin d’avantage, c’est merveilleusement bien occupé de nous, il nous as énormément facilité la tâche sur beaucoup de chose, et toujours disponibles si besoin. On s’est sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Le logement est charmant, propre et parfaitement conforme à la description. Une vraie belle rencontre et une adresse qu’on garde précieusement ! C’est sûr, nous reviendrons et cette fois ci avec notre fille ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Daniela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt einige Tipps gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dieses ist aber mit der Metro (ca. 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt) gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom.

we had an amazing stay. the place is newly renovated and super clean, also cosy. 2 bathrooms come in very handy. the building itself is old and the street is being renovated. but the area is super authentic. with great restaurants and shops around. real Roman experience. loved it! not to forget that the owner is super helpful.

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

Giordano’s place was clean and very well appointed. Check in was a breeze! We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was not too far from the Colosseum, but the trip to the Vatican City was quite a far walk. I would suggest taking the metro line if you are going up that way. Overall, loved our stay!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!

Can’t imagine a better location—right downstairs is the cutest street with a coffee bar, pizza, pasta, boutique shops, great restaurants. Apartment is just outside of the packed crowded areas (feels like you escape to a nice secluded/quiet spot when you retire at night), but still walkable to vast majority of major attractions. Stefano was a gracious host and was very responsive, always helpful. Fit my family of five, with kids ages 15, 12, 7, perfectly, and had everything we need. Would absolutely recommend.

Giulia is such an angel, super communicatove and nice 🌸 the apartment was lovely, amazing balcony for an evening prosecco and morning coffee. The location is 10 mins of walk from Metro station, but everything is there (groceries, caffeterias, reataurants, shops, drug store, pharmacy). And a huge plus, you are not surrounded by any tourists and crowd. Moreover A/C working perfectly fine in both bedrooms. You cannot ask for more! 😍💕thank you Giulia once again!
