You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

Cozy and quiet studio in the city centre

Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, plus bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant building, clean and quiet, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.

A summer in the woods of the Bologna hills

We offer a part of our house for the summer: an open space studio of about 60 square meters, with independent entrance and covered outdoor space, 2 beds (it is possible to add a third cot). The house is located in the Bolognese hills, in a secluded place, very quiet and surrounded by greenery, about 20 minutes by car from the city. Ideal for those who want to stay close to the city, but want to spend the summer in a charming place, surrounded by nature.

A strategic location to walk to the Fair (900 meters) and, with a 20/30-minute walk, the city center.
