Holiday rentals with a patio in Monte San Pietro

The place has the most gorgeous views and it is absolutely quiet - except for bird song. Perfect for relaxation. I went swimming in the pool every morning. We were able to explore Northern Tuscany, using La Lavanda as a base. One just has to be prepared for a pretty scary drive up and down the mountain. But one gets used to it. Sabrina welcomed us and was really, really helpful. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it. Excellent location - walkable to railway station (25 mins) for days out and also to the central Piazza Maggiore (15 mins). It is opposite the excellent Trattoria da Me (book well in advance), there is a bakery right next door and a supermarket 5 mins walk away. It is also just 5 minutes walk to the local covered market ‘Mercato delle Erbe’ for provisions. There are lovely local restaurants at the side of this market, bars behind it and even an ice cream place at the entrance. This is a lovely apartment, no noise, air-conditioned, washing machine, decent internet, with a great roof terrace where we had breakfast every day in the sunshine. Kitchen is small but well-equipped with a Lavazza pod coffee machine. Our host Alina was always quick to respond. Highly recommend

Well, what can I say about Dino, a superhost👌super responsive, very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with an autostrada payment too. He's a friendly person and so is his beautiful wife who made a torta(cake) for us which was delicious, along with a nice locally made bottle of wine. The garden was absolutely beautiful and the pool was nice and refreshing after a hot day out. The apartment was very comfortable as was the bed. It had everything you needed. Great spot to see all the other beautiful cities around you. We will definitely be going back when we return to Italy 👌❤️

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum. Vor allem die Lage und der Ausblick sind einfach toll. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu und Simone war immer sehr nett und schnell, die beiden sind total lieb und hilfsbereit. Der Weber Grill auf der Terrasse ist wirklich super und ergänzt die kleine Küche perfekt, wir haben ihn täglich genutzt. Was man wissen sollte ist, dass es zwar wie angegeben zwei Doppelbetten gibt, das eine aber sehr schmal ist und für unseren Geschmack zu klein für zwei erwachsene Personen, kommt aber natürlich drauf an wie viel Platz man beim schlafen braucht. Ich würde die Unterkunft daher für maximal drei Personen empfehlen. Der Ausblick vom Pool und der Pool an sich sind auch traumhaft. Auch das kleine aber feine Gym haben wir gerne genutzt. Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen und können es nur empfehlen!

Appartamento molto carino e accogliente in una zona molto tranquilla, relax e confort assicurati. Host gentilissimo, cordiale e super disponibile. A pochi minuti da Maranello e collegamenti stradali. Sicuramente sarà la nostra scelta se dovessimo tornare in zona.

Elisas Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben. Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Zu Fuß war man in ca. 20min im Zentrum von Bologna, eine Busverbindung gab es auch fast direkt vor der Haustür. Die Gegend war schön ruhig. Elisa hat schnell geantwortet und Empfehlungen für Bologna gegeben. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt!

Alloggio pratico ed efficace specialmente se hai bisogno di un buon appoggio per passare la notte. Io e un mio amico abbiamo già soggiornato in questa stanza l'anno scorso, ed è stata nuovamente una garanzia, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Posizione tranquilla e soprattutto strategica per raggiungere in poco tempo zone e città circostanti. Host professionale, gentile e sempre a disposizione per dare consigli o informazioni utili.

We really enjoyed our stay to explore the area. All major cities like Florence, Bologna, Lucca are in reach. Also good restaurants and the factory outlet in Barberino are in reach. Thank you for all the good advice.

Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Heel compact ingericht. Perfecte ligging, in het centrum van Bologna, vlakbij resto’s (om de hoek), supermarkt op 5 minuutjes stappen, en helemaal geen nachtlawaai! Top, aanrader.

I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

Valentina è stata molto gentile, per mio figlio ci ha fatto trovare seggiolone e lettino da campeggio... oltre che una scatola con accessori utili (saponi, bicchierini e piatti in plastica , scalda biberon e 2 librini). l'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione. I divanetti fuori creano un ulteriore spazio esterno riservato. Incantevole il giardino...Devo dire che siamo stati proprio bene. grazie!!!!

Wie kann man diesen Platz, diese Idylle beschreiben.? Giovanni ist ein Herzensguter Mensch. Er kümmert sich täglich um Otello und die 2 Katzen/ Kater❤️ und seine Gäste. Alle Beschreibungen der Vormieter stimmen wir zu. Dieser Platz ist „magisch“. Ein absoluter Ort für Entspannung. Und die Gegend bietet so viele Möglichkeiten Dinge zu entdecken. Ich empfehle das Buch von Goivanni. Selbst die kleine Kurzfassung auf ChatGPT macht Lust die Dinge zu entdecken. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Und ich hoffe, dass alle nachfolgenden Gäste dieses Haus wie ihr Eigenes behüten. So etwas findet man nicht allzu oft in Italien. Wer mal einen weiteren Ausflug machen möchte, dem empfehlen wir die wunderschöne Stadt mit ihren Mosaiken Ravenna. Auch ein Besuch am Strand von Lido di Classe. Dort ist man zu 99,5% unter Italiener und kann in Richtung Naturstrand laufen. Bologna ist eine hektische Stadt. Dann eher Faenza erkunden. Der Markt ist sehr schön. Und natürlich Brisighella.

Giacomo ist ein sehr angenehmer und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. In dem schönen Garten ist es ruhig, man hört alle möglichen Vögel und es duftet nach Blüten. Die Küche ist für Selbstversorger bestens ausgestattet. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Great location easy walking into the centre and access to the restaurants. The walk from the station was flat and took about 15 minutes, we walked this a few times as we used the train to get about and visit other towns if you intend to use the trains a 3 or 5 day pass is the best and most practical option. The accommodation is exactly as the description and the photos , the benefit of having a small garden area is a bonus and makes pleasant place to sit and relax.

Fantastic location. Easy to walk to restaurants and Modena’s centre. Great place to stay if you want to see Modena and don’t want to drive. The host communicated clearly and kindly.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit einem schönen Bad und eleganter Kochzeile. Eine kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt so günstig, dass man sowohl zu Fuß die wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt gut erreichen, als auch zu Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung (z.B. Ravenna) mit dem Auto schnell gelangen kann. Wir haben uns bei Laura ausserordentlich wohl gefühlt; sie ist eine sehr sehr freundliche und umsichtige Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung von Marco in Monsummano Terme war einfach fantastisch! Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, und auch die Lage ist ideal: ruhig und charmant, aber gleichzeitig ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa, Lucca oder sogar Rom. Der Gastgeber Marco ist außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Seine schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Luciana’s place was perfect for my stay in Bologna. The apartment has a very comfortable living space and the location is only a short 10 min walk to the main piazza and many other attractions. Luciana was excellent at communicating and made me feel very welcome.
