Holiday rentals with a pool in Monte Santa Maria Tiberina

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Ronaldo and Patrizia are great hosts and wonderful people, Bamboo is the best companion. The place itself is full of magic. Beautiful views, wonderful nature, sunrise in your windows. Close to Arezzo with its amazing history and culture. Our stay here was more than holiday. It was like gaining equilibrium in life. And we also tasted the best ever olive oil made by Rolando! Wat een droomhuis op een droomlocatie! We werden met veel warmte en liefde ontvangen door de lieve mama van Lorenzo. Ze gaf ons een rondleiding in het prachtige huis. Het interieur is fantastisch mooi gedaan door haar, we hielden van elke centimeter. Binnen was het ook lekker fris. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. De ijskast zat vol met lekker eten en elke dag bracht ze verse gebakjes mee! We hebben nogal kunnen eten. Dat we hondjes bijhadden was geen enkel probleem, wat voor ons een hele geruststelling was. Het uitzicht aan het zwembad was werkelijk magisch. Er worden verschillende huisjes op het domein verhuurd, maar je hebt van niemand last. Er waren ook overal struiken en planten zodat je je privacy hebt. Heel het domein is met veel smaak aangekleed. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld, maar het is werkelijk een zeer groot zwembad. ‘s Avonds zie je overal vuurvliegjes en hoor je een uil. Je zit helemaal in de natuur en toch vlakbij alles. We kunnen het ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen!!

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Herzen der Toskana! Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft schön in der Natur – umgeben von sanften Hügeln, Weinbergen und unzähligen Olivenbäumen, die in der Sonne silbern schimmern und das Landschaftsbild einfach magisch machen. Die Aussicht ins Tal ist atemberaubend schön – man könnte stundenlang einfach nur dastehen und schauen. Der 28 Meter Pool? Besser geht es nicht – perfekt gelegen mit Panoramablick, absoluter Ruhe und einer Atmosphäre, die zur puren Entspannung einlädt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Menschen: Jacopo, Sophia und ihre Kinder haben uns mit einer so herzlichen Offenheit empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie bei guten Freunden gefühlt haben. Es ist einfach schön, solchen Menschen zu begegnen – authentisch, warm und voller Lebensfreude. Und dann war da noch Luba, die Schäferhündin – ein echtes Herz auf vier Pfoten! Sie hat uns jedes Mal mit solcher Freude empfangen, dass wir sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem absolut niedlichen Haus, das inmitten atemberaubender Natur liegt. Die Ruhe ist einzigartig – man hört nur das Zwitschern der Vögel, und hin und wieder zeigen sich Rehe am Waldrand. Einfach magisch! Der Pool war top gepflegt und man hatte richtig Ruhe. Ein echtes Highlight war für uns die Küche: So liebevoll eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet – das haben wir so noch nie erlebt! Der Gasherd und der hochwertige Backofen haben das Kochen zu einem Vergnügen gemacht. Gastgeber Diego war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich bei ihm sofort willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Ein perfekter Rückzugsort für alle, die Natur, Ruhe und liebevolle Details zu schätzen wissen.

This air B&B was in a beautiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views. The property had many areas to sit and enjoy the rolling hills.

Wygodny apartament z przepięknym widokiem na jezioro (przeszklona ściana w salonie). Urokliwe łóżko na antresoli. Duży, zadbany basen. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz. Dom położony na styku Toskanii i Umbrii, tuż obok Perugia, Asyz, Cortona. Dobry jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania.

We had a wonderful time staying here for five nights. The views are truly breathtaking. We also spent our first night taking part in a cooking class with our lovely hosts which was a true highlight of our trip. Enjoying the pool was an added bonus. You won't regret staying here!

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

We hebben een onvergetelijke 14 dagen doorgebracht op deze droomplek. Het huis is prachtig gelegen op een heuvel met 360 graden kilometers ver schitterend uitzicht. Het is goed bereikbaar en centraal gelegen zodat vele bekende plekken in Toscane goed bereikbaar zijn. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken, zelfs is er een Bialetti Moka koffiezetter aanwezig voor de liefhebber maar ook een gewoon koffiezetapparaat. De Coop supermarkt en bakker zijn binnen 15 minuten rijden te vinden. Anna, Francesca en hun team houden alles op en top schoon, ze zijn goed bereikbaar en spreken goed Engels. Ook hun moeder komt dagelijks langs om te controleren af alles in orde is. Bij het zwembad is het heerlijk vertoeven met een uitzicht waar je nooit genoeg van krijgt. Alles is uitstekend geregeld, iedereen heeft zijn eigen plekken buiten. Een top plek!

Wir haben hier ein kleines Paradies gefunden… die herrliche Lage in der Natur, grandiose Ausblicke, alte wunderschön restaurierte Gemäuer, liebevolle, geschmackvoll und authentisch eingerichtet. Eigentlich hätten wir alle Tage nur das Haus, den Garten und den grossen blitzsauberen Pool geniessen können, doch auch die Umgebung bietet viele Sehenswürdigkeiten welche innerhalb von einer Stunde erreichbar sind. Zudem konnten wir viele Tiere beobachten: Wiedehopf, Blaumerle, Ziegenmelker, Pirol, Turteltaube , Schlangenadler, Glühwürmchen. Smaragdeidechse, Schlange, Wildschwein…herrlich! Alessandro und Sonja sind wunderbar herzliche und auch diskrete Gastgeber.

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll im eingerichtet im Toskana Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Benedetta und ihr Vater sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben und sehr gute Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Restaurants gegeben haben. Als unser Auto repariert werden musste ist der Vater mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und war bei der Übersetzung behilflich. Danke nochmals für die selbstlose Hilfe. Wir werden diesen schönen Urlaub immer als das kleine Paradies in Erinnerung behalten, das von sehr lieben Menschen geführt wird. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Nous avons été de suite sous le charme de cette propriété. Tout ici compose l'image qu'on peut se faire de la belle campagne Toscane. Tout en haut de la colline surplombant la vallée, la vue y est splendide et romantique. La propriété a été renovée avec le confort d'aujourd'hui tout en conservant son âme d'autrefois. On s'y sent de suite bien, l'energie est bienfaisante, la nature, les animaux, tout est en harmonie! L'accueil, la cuisine d'Oscar, la superbe piscine, la terrasse ombragée, les petits-dejeuners copieux fait maison! C'est plus qu'un coup de coeur, cet endroit est une pépite! Nous reviendrons!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Anwesen, welches von zahlreichen Olivenbäumen umgeben ist. Alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps zum Essengehen etc. gegeben. Abends haben wir immer direkt dort gegessen - einfach empfehlenswert. Sehr leckere regionale Küche. Wer es entspannt und ruhig möchte ist dort super aufgehoben. Wir haben es geliebt und uns total wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem super top, wir kommen gerne wieder :).

We spend 10 days at Emanuele’s place. His wife and he were very nice to us and we felt like part of the family. Recommendation and insights about surrounding towns were top notch and we got to know authentic Tuscan cuisine and every one of them was amazing. The location itself is perfect to relax (pool) and bring the chaos of city life behind. We were also invited by our host to a typical Italian party and we felt very welcome and enjoyed great food and incredible company at the party. We are grateful for the amazing experiences and would highly recommend the place. Thank you very much Angela & Emanuele ❤️

Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa. Just wonderful location :) Thank you so much!

We spent Easter here with our family and had a wonderful time! The house is very spacious - 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an extra toilet, and plenty of common areas. Everything was very clean and well prepared for our stay. The location is perfect as a base for exploring the surrounding area. We had a small issue with the hot water, but the house owner responded very quickly and solved everything within a few hours. I highly recommend this place - not only is it beautiful, but the support and communication with the host were excellent!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft! Der Außenbereich mit dem tollen Pool, der liebevoll gepflegten Umgebung und dem atemberaubenden Ausblick war einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt – besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass der Gastgeber täglich den Außenbereich gepflegt und den Müll entsorgt hat. Luigi und seine Frau waren unglaublich herzlich, haben uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben und uns mit einem fantastischen 4-Gänge-Menü überrascht – ein unvergessliches Highlight! Das Haus liegt ruhig und abgelegen, ideal zum Abschalten. Gleichzeitig ist die charmante kleine Stadt im Tal wunderbar authentisch und touristenfrei. Florenz, Siena und andere schöne Orte sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Absolute Empfehlung!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is perfect for larger groups or families – everyone having their own bathroom was a real plus. It was very clean and well maintained, and the pool area was lovely and well cared for. The kitchen is well equipped, and the property overall offers plenty of space to relax. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful – we spotted fireflies at night, heard owls, and even saw a porcupine! A true nature experience. We received great tips from the host’s father. Carlo and Giovanna were always very kind and helpful. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. The house is a great base for exploring the area, though you do need a car to reach most shops – the little store in Pari is charming but quite small. The road to the house is a bit bumpy, but manageable. All in all, a great place to unwind and enjoy time with family and friends. Thank you for everything!

The place felt like a corner of paradise on Earth, and we immensely enjoyed it. The weather (1st week of June) was perfect, and the house itself never too hot or too cold. The swimming pool area was a haven of peace, all the exterior spaces allowed us to stay in the sun or in the shade whenever we felt like it. It also has the advantage of being located is a beautiful area - in relatively close proximity to Firenze, Sienna, Arrezzo, the Chianti... And beautiful walks around the house if one doesn't feel like driving. Finally, our host, Fioretta, was lovely, welcomed us with some Tuscan specialties and delicacies and Italian coffee, some great advice - all this while not speaking a language in common. Luckily, our favorite translating app saved us. The only downside that I think people should be aware of is that the top bedroom is open to the stairs, and therefore does not benefit from the same privacy as the other two - ideal for children, not so much for a couple.

We had a great stay at the villa! Diego and Aldo were great hosts and were very responsive to any issues we had. There was a slight issue with the water but both of them were able to quickly help and were extremely kind. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing stay at this villa. Pool was perfect, villa was stunning, AC was much appreciated in the 90 degree heat, and the host was one of the very best ever! She was as our personal concierge helping set up a private chef, olive oil and wine tasting, truffle hunting and more. We spent a week and could have stayed longer there is so much to explore in Umbria and Tuscany and we absolutely loved it!

Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!
