Locanda Bellavita is an apartment for up to 7 people, on the ground floor with an independent entrance. The apartment is entirely exclusive for you for the period reserved and is provided with every comfort. The kitchen is professionally equipped. The towels and bed linen will be changed every 4 days. To prepare breakfast, there is an area with coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. *The rooms will be naturally chilled thanks to the thick stone walls, so you won’t need any air conditioning.

Villa Pianelli is a traditional farmhouse dating from the 1500's and consists of 2 structures. The main house where I live, always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly and the Garden apartment. Both are completely independant with separate entrances. The Garden apartment is composed of 5 rooms on ground level, the interiors have retained the Tuscan characteristics with brick ceilings and chestnut beams and terracotta floors. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 lounge with a wood burning stove and open plan kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge you access the spa room with sauna and from there onto a terraced garden complete with b.b.q. The swimming pool is 8mx16m and is open May through September, furnished with sun loungers,a b.b.q area and a large covered pergola with dining tables and chairs. Villa Pianelli is secluded in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests.We can offer our guests a dimension of peace and quiet whilst ensuring various possibilities of entertainment in wineries, restaurants,shopping etc just a few kilometres away in Arezzo. Please note that the house has two bedrooms but if the booking is for two people only one bedroom will be provided.If required there is an additional cost of 50 euro per night for the second bedroom.

Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Simone e Monica sono stati splendidi, gentilissimi e disponibili; sono stati così gentili da procurarci anche un passeggino anche se non rientrava tra le opzioni dei servizi disponibili. L'appartamento è esattamente come in foto: molto bello,nuovo e confortevole. La cucina ben attrezzata e abbiamo persino trovato capsule di caffè sufficiente per quattro persone per tutta la settimana( oltre a camomilla, thè e tisane varie). Inoltre l'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla della città. Assolutamente consigliati sia l'appartamento che i loro host veramente gentili e disponibili. Di certo torneremo molto volentieri:) Grazie ancora!

Our family vacation was wonderful at Tiziana’s villa. The house had all amenities and we hired a chef for a few nights. We would definitely rent again. Arezzo is a lovely town and you can hop on the train for a one hour trip directly to Florence for the day. Highly recommend this villa

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Casafredda. The property is really stunning, set within its own grounds of olive groves and beautiful gardens. It’s a little bit away from the village so it’s very peaceful and has wonderful views across the valley. Inside it’s filled with art which gives it a great sense of homeliness. The facilities are impressive, especially the kitchen. All of the rooms have their own character and are well thought out. The local area is great for relaxing stays, with a small shop and restaurant just a few minutes walk. For those who want to do more, it’s very easy to get to Arezzo. Finally, thank you so much to Sergio and Michele who were the perfect hosts in every way. Extremely friendly, full of recommendations. They even came to pick us up when we got off at the wrong train stop! Would definitely come again, cannot recommend highly enough.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It is even nicer than the photos, very spacious and the styling of the place is very considered. I wish we stayed there longer. The host was very responsive and the area is peaceful but close to many restaurants and other shops. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.
