Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Die Unterkunft ist toll und wirklich ruhig. Das Bett wirklich bequem und Vad und Küche super eingerichtet. Wenn man in der Natur sein möchte und doch schnell am Strand oder gut gelegen für schöne Ausflüge, ist sie perfekt. Natürlich ist es um die Jahreszeit sehr warm, sodass der Ventilator zwar geholfen hat. Um mehr quer lüften zu können, wären noch mehr Insektennetze an den Fenstern und dem Balkon/Terrassentür hilfreich - auch gegen die Gekkos.

Alloggio consigliatissimo, sia per coppie sia per famiglie poiché dotato di due camere e 4 letti (due singoli e un matrimoniale) e spazi molto ampi, ariosi e agevoli. Dalle foto sembra quasi più piccola di quanto non sia in realtà e non manca davvero nulla! Tutto pulito e accogliente. Andrea e la sua famiglia persone splendide in grado di prendersi cura degli ospiti in ogni momento, sempre disponibili e accomodanti in tutto. Si vede l'amore e la passione con cui si spendono a mantenere il posto nel rispetto degli ospiti. Non ci resta che consigliarlo vivamente a chiunque voglia farsi una vacanza in questa zona perché ne rimarrete sinceramente soddisfatti e felici.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment whilst visiting Volterra and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The apartment has a fantastic walk and it is super spacious and clean. The hosts were really helpful and we visited the wine bar and restaurants our lovely hosts suggested which were great. The roof terrace was lush! Definitely recommend

Splendido luogo tra Cecina e Volterra per soggiornare in piena tranquillità e relax tra le colline toscane, panora e tramonto fantastico. Comodo per visitare borghi medioevali e non lontano dalla famosa costa degli etruschi e per chi ama le città si può raggiungere Pisa e Siena. Fausto è un host fantastico, preciso e disponibilissimo, ma non invadente, ci ha fornito indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare, le spiagge tipiche e anche i ristorantini molto carini nelle vicinanze. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e rilassante quello che desideravamo era stare lontano dalla confusione e dallo stress quotidiano, se questo è quello che cerchi qui lo trovi ...sentirai solo il "rumore" delle cicale.

Wir haben eine Woche bei Andrea verbracht. Die Gegend ist wunderbar ruhig, sehr ländlich gelegen - genau das richtige für uns und unsere Hunde. Das Apartment hält das, was die Fotos versprechen. Super sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und mit tollem Ausblick aus jedem Fenster. Andrea und sein Sohn Lorenzo sind sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Der Check in und Out waren sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Unterkunft 👌🏻

We had a wonderful time staying at Claudio’s accommodation! The house itself is very nice, well-equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The large garden is a real highlight, with a lovely outdoor dining area, plenty of space to relax, and a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape—perfect for a peaceful afternoon. The location is also ideal. It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the sea and beautiful beaches, and many of Tuscany’s top cities like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra are only 1-2 hours away by car. It made for great day trips to explore the region. We really enjoyed our time. Grazie Mille, Claudio!

Čas strávený v Casina del Fabbro nás přenesl do krásné toskánské atmosféry. Vybavení apartmánu krásně dokreslilo prostředí, ve kterém se apartmán nachází. I při tak běžné činnosti, jako je mytí nádobí lze zažít genius loci Toskánska. Trefně umístěný mramorový dřez s výhledem do přilehlé krajiny, mi tento jedinečný moment poskytl. Dalším velkým benefitem tohoto místa je i geografická poloha, která umožňuje nespočet výletů po okolí. Přístup hostitele Alberta který je milý, ochotný a nebojí se splnit i sebe troufalejší přání jako je rezervace v místní vyhlášené restauraci, již jen podtrhne krásný zážitek, z celé dovolené.

Giulia was really responsive and gave clear instructions. The Airbnb was lovely, very clean and we settled in very quickly! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Pisa!

great location on a quiet street. the flat was superb in every respect - one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. Gabrielle was super helpful arranging a taxi for us due to the transport strike. we had a really great time - can't praise it enough

Sandra was the perfect hostess, what a lovely person and a lovely place, it felt like home, very quirky which I loved. Will definitely go again if I'm in Prato. Only criticism which was a very minor one was finding the place, but Sandra came and met us which was nice of her. Extremely happy with our stay, highly recommend

El apartamento y Filippo fueron maravillosos!!! con vistas muy lindas a viñedos que te hacen sentir verdaderamente en la Toscana! Filippo ha sido uno de los mejores anfitriones que hemos tenido, sin duda te sentiras como en casa con su buen trato y calidez y con todo lo que ofrece su apartamento, la cocina muy bien equipada, la cama muy comoda perfecta para descansar despues de un intenso dia de aventuras toscanas! Sin duda volveriamos!

Ich war mit meinen beiden erwachsenen Kindern für 4 Nächte in Vittorios Wohnung. Wir haben uns sofort wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum, ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll, gleichzeitig dezent eingerichtet und besonders sauber. Es ist von der Waschmaschine bis zum Fön alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich selbstständig in einer Wohnung aufzuhalten. Auch ist sie geräumig, so dass man gut einen längeren Aufenthalt planen kann. Sehr schön ist auch der weitläufige Garten mit seinen vielen Nischen zum Sitzen und Genießen, der über die Küchentür zu erreichen ist. Vittorio war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit bei allen Arten von Fragen und antwortete immer zügig. Ich kann die Unterkunft bedenklos jedem weiter empfehlen!

Raul was a lovely host. He gave us amazing recommendations and was very quick with his replies. The BnB was very comfortable and we faced no problem. The location was also convenient with a number of bars & restaurants nearby. 5/5

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

Ideales kleines Sommerhaus mit traumhaften Pool, der zum Schwimmen einlädt. Wir hatten das ganze Grundstück alleine für uns. Entspannung pur. Für unseren Hund gab es genug zu entdecken und direkt nebenan ein Wanderweg bis zur Bergspitze. Man kann von hier die Toskana in all ihren Farben erleben und wer gern im Meer baden möchte, der Weg ist nicht weit. So wie viele andere Highlights. Unsere Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht, danke dafür. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as shown in the photos – spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. I especially appreciated the peaceful location. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and quick. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. Thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and fresh towels made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again. The place was absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere was warm and cosy. Alessandro and Elena took great care of their guest and always made sure that everything was okay and offered they help if needed. The restaurant was nice with an Italien feel to it, and simply by asking and mentioning you could even get gluten free portions. The place is calm and you can enjoy your evenings with a glass of wine and watching the sunset. All and all we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place to those who want an authentic, peacefull and enjoyable place to stay for their trip to Tuscany.

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Anwesen, welches von zahlreichen Olivenbäumen umgeben ist. Alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps zum Essengehen etc. gegeben. Abends haben wir immer direkt dort gegessen - einfach empfehlenswert. Sehr leckere regionale Küche. Wer es entspannt und ruhig möchte ist dort super aufgehoben. Wir haben es geliebt und uns total wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem super top, wir kommen gerne wieder :).

Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.
