Holiday rentals in Montecchio

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Der Garten ist unglaublich! Unser Hund durfte überall frei rumlaufen. Stefania und ihr Mann waren wahnsinnig nett. Wir haben sogar Essen bekommen. Frühstück gab es auch, mit sehr leckerer selbstgemachten Marmelade. Für unser Kind gab es ein Babybett. Generell ist alles da was man braucht. Stefania und ihr Mann haben ein kleines Paradies geschaffen. Wir waren sehr gerne bei Ihnen zu Gast.

The area is incredible, peaceful and the view spectacular. Asciano has the delightful charm of an Italian village. The people were friendly and welcoming. Even got greeted by their local police who offered up their number in case we needed anything. I felt safe, and it felt as if I lived there for years. I’d say this is a piece of heaven on earth. Bellezza maestosa! Non vedo l'ora di visitare di nuovo la Toscana e la città di Asciano! Grazie!

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

We had the most wonderful stay at the apartment! Sergio was there to greet us on arrival, was kind enough to help with our bags, and shared some local places to eat with us. The apartment is pristine, bright, and spacious with lovely furnishings and very comfortable beds! Kitted out with everything we needed. We spent a lazy morning on the terrace overlooking the hills, fresh coffee in hand! A very peaceful and quiet spot but close enough to shops and restaurants and the pretty town of Todi. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wir waren sieben Nächte in der Unterkunft und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und Maurizio hilfsbereit und der Empfang herzlich (inklusive Kuchen). Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr schön, man hat einen tollen Blick in die Landschaft und kann kleine Wanderungen vom Haus aus machen. Auf der Terrasse gibt es Sitzmöglichkeiten, in der Sonne und im Schatten von Bäumen. Supermärkte und Orvieto sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Empfehlenswert sind Ausflüge nach Bolsena und Civitia di Bagnoregio, die innerhalb einer halben Stunde Fahrtzeit erreichbar sind. Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, da das Wetter noch zu kühl war. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We had a truly wonderful time during our stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. The accommodation was not only comfortable but also perfectly suited for families, with plenty of space and thoughtful amenities that made everyone feel right at home. It was a peaceful and welcoming place that offered the ideal balance of relaxation and fun for both adults and children. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our family getaway.

Traveling with a group of six, we found the villa to be beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and luxury. The sophisticated and masterful interior design truly set Palazzetto di Marmo apart. Each room was designed with exquisite taste and attention to detail. The outdoor terrace and the adjoining pool area provided perfect spots for relaxation. Our days were filled with adventure as we embarked on various hiking trails and visits to nearby vineyards and historic towns. The hosts at Palazzzetto di Marmo went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful recommendations on local attractions, we felt well taken care of at all times. In summary, our stay at Palazzetto di Marmo exceeded every expectation. My family of 5 loved it. To say this is a unique experience would be an understatement. There are subterranean Etruscan chambers that lead to a private terrace with amazing views. The beds are comfortable and the setting is amazing. The kitchen was perfect for making home meals and everyone has space to spread out. If you want to stay in Civita (and you are up for the foot bridge leading into the city) look no further.
