Nice 60 sqm apartment located in the main street of the village. It is located on the second and last floor of a historic palace. The entrance is located on the main street of the town while the windows overlook the outside of the walls offering a breathtaking view. The apartment consists of: entrance, living room with double sofa bed, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with roof window. It is equipped with microwave, large oven, dishwasher, washing machine and wi-fi.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

Apartment located inside a historic building in Cortona, dating back to the 1500s, overlooking the city's main square... Our property, while condemning the war, dissociates itself from all racist behavior towards the Russian and Belarusian population. Lang’s Lakehouse is in a unique location, being one of a handful of properties on the banks of Lake Trasimeno, Italy’s fourth largest lake. The property sleeps five upstairs. Directly in front of the property is a large grassed terrace, perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Visitors can swim, paddleboard or fish from the front of the property and even cook pizzas in their own pizza oven.
