Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! We were slightly later than expected but Vanessa very kindly waited for us to let us in. The apartment was very clean and perfect for my son and I with everything that we needed The location is great with beautiful views. Vanessa very kindly left us the excellent local olive oil and even provided us with two small bottles to take home. We thoroughly recommend Vanessa’s place to stay.

House Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage, you have beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You will find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and warm. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, which is what an active grandmother says. Natalia welcomed us immediately with a smile, and was very helpful to help us with any need. The accommodation is very clean and well-kept, with well-functioning services. Fully satisfied, if I were to be in the area again we would choose it again!

Giorgio was a wonderful host from the questions prior to booking to the final check out He has a wonderful home, it really felt like we were staying in his home. My wife and I stayed for a week with our two children. We loved everything about our stay from the pool, the views and the gardens. The villa has everything to offer and Giorgio and his mum great is on check in. We created so many memories and had some much laughter during our stay. The train station was a 15 minute drive and we got the train to Rome twice. Giorgio was so helpful, from all the tips and local information to getting some food for us before we arrived to stock the fridge. This really was one of my most memorable holidays, it was a shame to have had to leave. Thank you Giorgio for lending your home to us we hope we looked after it for you.

We loved our stay at Heathers place. Great communication and close to everything we wanted to see. Beautiful little village and although the house is 400 years old it still has all the mod cons required Amazing outdoor space with large table

Floriana’s villa was amazing. They views were breathtaking and she went out of her way to make it special. She arranged for a wine tasting and a scavenger hunt for our kids while we tasted some of Umbria’s finest. The kitchen was great and they even provided a staff member to set up a fire so we could cook a couple of amazing steaks on an open fire outside. The pool was gorgeous and the grounds were perfect for us to take walks in the AM and even open space for our kids to play. There was plenty of room inside and you could easily have two families of 5 each feel comfortable. Floriana also set up a wonder pasta making class and to quote my wife - it was one of the best experiences she has had as a family on vacation.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We took very little advantage of the potential of this apartment, because we only needed it for a nightly support, but the house is really nice. Immersed in a quiet and bucolic setting, really well furnished. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.

We stayed for almost a month and we were very happy there. The location is in the atmospheric historical centre and the windows of the property overlook a beautiful garden. You can enjoy Viterbo on foot and in five minutes you are outside the city walls to reach your car. The area is very safe and there is a community feeling. In the house, everything worked properly, the place looked and felt new, and it is tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped; the bathroom is spacious and the hairdryer is a proper one (unlike some hotel hair dryers), the little laundry room and toilet are a plus. The mattress was in very good condition and topped with a mattress protector. Additional pillows were available. The wardrobe is spacious, the small TV in the bedroom is a plus and the desk and chair make for a useful workstation. The host Alessia was great and found time to connect with us. Above all, everything was clean and spotless. A superb stay in Viterbo!
